Letzone are shameless... most the reviews written in January 2018 have been written by Letzone, FACT! The fake reviews use the same expressions to describe Letzone and are a complete fabrication. I’d recommend they remove these posts also and not to mislead people any further.... Read more

Having read some of the reviews on here I can honestly say I am shocked. I have always found Michelle and her team to be extremely professional. They are very knowledgeable and provide a very high class service at all times. They always send through information relating to any changes in the law well in advance and provide advice and guidance on what we need to do. The tenants they have found have always been perfect and they took all the references and completed all the paperwork on our behalf. I would recommend Letzone to anyone looking to rent a property and I have never had anything other than brilliant service from them at all times.... Read more

Warning!!!Letzone are absolutely Toxic. In my 25 years of working in the London property industry I never come across a more pathetic example of people that have absolutely no idea what they are doing. From the moment they handed over the dirty ill-prepared apartment to denying all responsibility, lying and generally being deplorable until the day we packed our bags and left. Letzone and their management are a prime example for why the estate agent industry should be regulated.... Read more

as a letting agent there were ok. did what was required-average. It was when the owner tried to sell the property and we were keen on buying it, that things fell apart and their inexperience clearly showed through. We kept asking for structural survey for the entire building as our surveryor pointed out cracks in the building. Never have I seen an agent go cold towards the buying party. When we finally gave up and bought another property nearby , the deductions to our deposit was hilarious (and showed their vindictive side) to say the least. thankfully, the Dispute Resolution Authority saw to it too, and we got back our due share of the dispute. Feel bad for the owner who trusted the agent to sell the property-it was lying vacant for a long time after that.... Read more

After waiting outside for 20mins for the estate agent to show up for a viewing we decided to call the agency and ask if Michelle, the estate agent we'd been speaking to was on her way. When we gave them the address they promptly HUNG UP ON US! We called back several times but it went strait to answer phone. After contacting another agency that the same property was listed with, they informed us that the property was in fact under offer and had been take off the market TWO DAYS before the viewing that had been arranged for us. We've left a voice mail, and sent them an email since to ask them why they thought it was acceptable to make us travel all that way for a 10am viewing that they knew full well would not be able to happen and had not attempted to notify us in advance or at the very least apologise for their mistake. I found this to be wholly unacceptable and completely unprofessional. After reading several other damning reviews about LetZone it sounds like we had a lucky escape!... Read more

If you are trying to rent or have any sort of service from them PLEASE DON'T!!!! STAY AWAY from this people. I am just shocked by such a poor service and I can't believe there are still people/company like this still operating around here. They took 300£ deposit from my pocket and refused my application for no reason. Seriously big SCAM and not worth it. Avoid M. R. and any sort of name, people and service that comes from Letzone.... Having read the negative Google Review, I had to write my own. I currently rent a property which Letzone are responsible for and have had an overall, great experience. Rob who showed us around the flat was considerate, patient and very knowledgeable as to most of the features of the flat. The process was simple and me and my fiancée were helped step-by-step along the way as it was our first time renting. The flat was a new build so the rent we pay is great and the service we have received so far has been very good :)... Read more

Steer Clear! Their review on All Agents . co . uk is also a sham and all reviews are written by at least three employees from the company. I excitedly (or stupidly, depending on your point of view) picked out a gorgeous place in the heart of Bromley but still wonderfully tucked away with the hopes of a seamless rental process. I was shown the place by a ''Jenny'', a complete numbskull of a woman who doesn't know her behind from her bi-focals. She showed me around the place (with the previous occupants still in it, trying to get their baby to sleep!) and we discussed fees outside. I parted with £300 for admin fees / credit checks etc and she gave me some paperwork to fill out and advised me of a whole host of other bull I had to get faxed over to her. I faxed it the next day whilst at work to the number on the sheet and she said she has not received it. So I called the landline number and was told they are a subsidiary company and I needed to fax it to another number which I did. I spent four days texting and calling and when I said I was calling the police, she texted back and said that I hadn't passed the credit check, which is fine - whatever, but why take so long to get back to me? They give you the run around, very poor communication, their fees are a joke and their one mobile staff member is as thick as pig poop. They also do not have an office which they reckon is because all of their enquiries come via the web but we all know it's because the company cannot afford it. Their alternative is a home address somewhere which I feel they should not disclose because if THIS is how they treat people then that house will not be standing for much longer. Find somewhere else to rent and avoid these cretins like a tramp with leprosy. Absolutely atrocious people to deal with ... Read more
