Shaun from maintenance was incredibly helpful in fixing our issues immediately. He called me when at the house to check all issues had been covered and demonstrated how to work the blinds in my room, which I thought were broken. He was very friendly and assured me that he would be on hand throughout the year to ensure we are comfortable in the house. Later into our tenancy we experienced issues with our fridge, and Shaun quickly arranged for a new fridge to be delivered and removed the old fridge.

Mins & arranged for us to visit that afternoon. He was there on time, gave a thorough tour of the 2 properties & was really helpful & polite. He also seemed to know the tenants that were there by name & it all seemed very friendly & relaxed. Very honest too about the areas which gave me as “mum” confidence. We’ve rented one of the properties from July 2026 & so far it’s been incredibly smooth.

Shaun arrived within 20 minutes, immediately took control of the situation, and made us feel completely at ease during what could have been a very stressful moment. Had a minor issue with the heating and Shaun came over asap and got it sorted as well as a few other small issues elsewhere. We always have a great chat when he comes and he’s always in a good mood. Couldn’t ask for anyone better to manage a property and I’m always unstressed when an issue crops up as Shaun is so reliable!
Once again Shaun saves the day! Had an issue with the thermostat not displaying properly, within a day he took it, fixed it and now it’s working perfect! Of course we had the obligatory amazing conversation as always. Shaun is the example!
Had another issue with the heating and after diagnosing the issue, Shaun promptly replaced the whole thermostat! It’s a very comfortable feeling knowing that such a reliable person is there ready to help!

Today we had a slight issue with something, we called Shaun and he was with us within 10min. He reassured me if there is any issues in future he is only a phone call away and he would sort it. He was friendly and helpfull which put me at ease knowing that if there was any further problems he would do his best to look after my daughter. ??????????

I spoke with Shaun about a property and my current circumstances, safe to say he's the best agent I've spoken to since arriving in Liverpool. I had a viewing the next day and not long after I'm happy to say I'm moved in. He was available and checking in on how I'm doing with the process 7 days a week and he made sure every single thing was up to scratch from ALL sides which is brilliant, not to mention how beautiful and tidy the property was when I moved in. Shaun at liv move has been nothing short of perfect ever since he started work for the company at the start of this year (I believe) he has been around asap to fix a boiler, the day we let them know it was broke, was available on the phone to talk us through fixing minor issues when we had tripped the electrics (our fault!!) and he has always made it clear he is available and that we are valued as tenets- it is clear he wants us to feel safe, valued and comfortable in our property.
Can’t recommend the company’s properties more and you’ll certainly be looked after well by Shaun and his team, reliable, respectable and fantastic value for money

From a parent perspective, my daughter rented accommodation from Livmove and I have been very impressed with how the company handle things. Shaun, the Maintenance Mgr has shown compassion and understanding towards our daughter who has been living in one of their properties, as she learns to stand on her own two feet, learning to pay bills and take on adult responsibilities. I've felt reassured that the company take safeguarding very seriously and I could call Shaun if I was worried about our daughter. He is a very approachable person and very easy to talk to too. Mal and Shaun were amazing. amazing service and fitted our shower very quickly and even cleaned the bathroom, no mess was left! They also fitted fridge shelves for us as when we asked them about it when they came out for an unrelated fix. they made sure that it was fixed the next week even when it wasn’t their job to handle that side of things so very appreciative of the two of them. they are fabulous and are lovely people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible. Took over our tenancy in my third year at uni. No communication with us that this was happening. We had pictures of the property from when we moved in, tried to charge us for things in the property that where already there when we moved in (one bedroom has a hole in the wall) and refused to use our photos as proof (they had no photos themselves). Then added the most random charges onto us, a carpet charge (£150) which was removed when I asked for proof of the carpet being a mess (shock there was dust because they didnt check the property for weeks after we moved out). Also charged us for the stray cats on the streets pooing in the front garden (after we had left). I had proof of the cats being stray and they refused to acknowledge this. We got less than half of our deposit back, their communication was disgusting, I would ring almost daily and be ignored completely. DO NOT rent with them.
