Ray Shukla is the best property manager! We started communicating over a year ago when i had a tenant who did not pay rent and the previous agent did nothing. He followed up and help advised with the handling of the agent/tenant. After the tenant was evicted, the nightmare did not end there. Ray helped me get the keys back from the agent who did not respond to my emails, organised to clear the mess in the property and now the property is finally let to a new tenant. I cant thank Ray enough for everything hes done for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray's services.

I chose Livermores to sell my property because there were a lot of their boards around and I thought they had a good reputation. My initial experience was good, Mark did a good job and seemed to really understand my needs. From then on it went downhill.
I did have a few problems in my chain which do happen but Livermores were unhelpful in resolving these even when I directly asked for help.
Information about my chain was shared with someone unrelated to the chain on a couple of occasions even after I specifically asked for the information not to be passed on.
Sales progression were rude and unprofessional , both over the phone and via email. They were the worse part of the process.
I did write to raise my concerns part way through the process but my email was “missed”
I also wrote after exchange to express my disappointment, they did reply to this email but it took a week and there was still no real apology, more just they were sorry I wouldn’t recommend them.
Maybe I was really unlucky, I had hoped this was the case but even after receiving a very bland response to my complaint “issues will be looked into and feedback passed on” - I will conclude that as a business they really don’t care.
Once they have found you a buyer and effectively got their fee, you’re on your own and you won’t get any of the customer service you experienced in the initial meeting.

Staff on the phone before were fine but when we attended the viewing, another viewer was allowed to barge his way in after we went in for our appointment. We weren't asked if we were ok with it and we weren't told it was an open day if it was. I was asked for my name but he wasn't asked, the estate agent probably assumed that he was with us when he wasn't. I saw a couple arrive after we left so it should have been one at a time. Estate agent doing the viewing came across as unprofessional and defensive when we asked questions. I only asked about the wire in the lounge and was asked if this was my first viewing. I asked gently why the walls appeared discoloured and was told "I am the estate agent, I don't live here. You are aware it's not a rental, you can paint over it." Would not want to deal with them again.

We never thought we'd leave a 5-star review for an estate agent, but Livermores deserve it. The reason we chose them was they were honest, realistic, good listeners (they listened to what we wanted) and were really great at communication - essentially all the things that you need in what can be a stressful time.
Mark was incredible to deal with; personable, knows the area well and, as I said earlier, realistic.
Liz (Sales Progression Manager) is the only person you need on your side when you want to get the sale over the finishing line. Apart from being lovely to deal with, she is always chasing and incredibly proactive. When she says she will call you back, she calls you back and takes the time to explain everything.
Do yourself a favour, take the stress out of house buying and selling, and choose Livermores.

Definitely the no 1 agency in Dartford. We heard about the good service of this agency in 2013 year when the house rented by our aunt was put up for sale. Livermores help her with find another property very fast, and with no asking about anything. We were renting 2 bed flat at this time and in 2014 year happen to us same thing. Mark Higgins, the Branch Manager at Dartford, was our contact with Livermores for the sale of our vacant property and his years of experience have not dimmed his enthusiasm. His calm, professional approach and detailed local knowledge were very reassuring. The valuation and proposed marketing was agreed, and the first "Open Day" (within 2 weeks of the valuation!) produced 13 viewings, resulting in us receiving 4 significant offers, above the "guide price", for the property, of which, the best was accepted. From the start we were kept informed of progress and all details of appointments etc were readily available through their on-line system. Really awful experience from start to finish. Awful management, I had several things broken in my property, and instead of checking the inventory that I paid for before contacting me, I was just demanded to pay.
No background check was clearly done on my tenant, as 8 months later after my tenant left, I am still receiving several letters for them, including ones from from Bailiffs, and letters for bailiffs for people who I didn’t even know was living at my property.
When my tenant handed my property back to me, my house was ruined. My hob was smashed, my bed stolen, my carpets burnt, a massive hole made in my wall, and Livermores was pretty much useless and found the matter funny. No checks were done on the house whilst they were living there, despite having paid Livermores to do house checks to make sure the house was in good condition.
Livermores told me that despite my tenant having singed a contract to say they had to hand the property back in the same condition it was left in, they said she had a right to not pay for her damage, so what was the point in signing the contract?
They don’t care about you or your homes as long as they get their money. They have passed my tenant onto another home now, God knows what state they will leave that house in.
So overall, after dealing with a ruined house, an awful tenant, and constant letters from bailiffs 8 months after the tenant left, it’s safe to say Livermores are without a doubt really bad estate agents, don’t waste your time.

I have used Livermores to help me rent out my flat for several years now. Overall I have been very pleased with the experience. They are very easy to get hold of and on with regardless of who I am dealing with or what I have asked of them. In recent months they have been incredibly helpful as my entire flat needed clearing out and decorating prior to a new tenant moving in. This all went very smoothly and I was kept fully informed along the way. I was also very impressed with the speed at which suitable tenants were found. I cannot fault Andrew Tustin who is currently managing my flat. Very friendly and obliging. There has been the occasional hiccup over the years, sometimes out of their control, but I have found them to be very fair when it comes to managing these which is important to me. Following the need to quickly sell our property in Dartford. We ventured around the local High Street estate agents seeking their assistance and advice on potential sale prices. The prices quoted were varied, but none more realistic than that provided by Livermores. Not only did they photogragh, provide an online advertisment and property viewing, but successfully sold to a potential buyer within 7 days. What a fantastic achievement, extremely friendly, polite service and what's more, they charged the lowest % fee of those estate agents we visited. Thats a Win Win to both parties. Livermores were chosen for the rental of a property in Joydens Wood, Ivan in the Bexley Office was excellent, explaining the terminology and guiding me through the process, supporting me all the way. Whilst renting Ian in the Dartford office was our day to day contact who was also excellent helping to deal with and resolve minor issues. The process between sales and administration at Livermores was seemless. Both offices were excellent in dealing with an array of situations. Following a period of Rental the house was put up for sale, again Ivan was thorough in helping to sell the property and went out of his way at times to help and advise, which was and is greatly appreciated.
