Huge thanks to Livin for selling my flat. I truly wouldn't recommend anyone else and I can't thank them enough.
Initially, I'd signed up with a well-established estate agents (B*M) last summer. They were rude, unhelpful and ghosted me as soon as I signed a contract. They said I wouldn't get what I had hoped for, and they never bothered to arrange any viewings. After a month of silence from them, I ended the contract and lost hope.
A few months later, I did some research and came across Livin. Jason and Leon were professional, honest and upfront. The marketing was fresh and sleek. The photos (and video) did a great job of selling the place and highlighting the positives. The team organised an open house viewing and I received multiple offers within a week of it going up on the market. Not only that, I got more than I had hoped for.
If I still lived in South London, I would absolutely list a future property with them again. They are trustworthy and professional and I can't stop singing their prasies.

Had a really good experience with Livin Estate Agents. Leon was super proactive in helping to chase things to avoid delays and regularly checked in to give updates too which I think for a first time buyer is super important.
Also liked that they generally were not pushy to sell sell sell when I initially viewed the property which allowed me to think clearly on whether I wanted to go for it or not.

I’m always inclined to go for more local boutique services and Livin are another example of why. I found their style to be very transparent and they clearly have a lot of knowledge not just on the local area but property more generally, which I definitely leant on.
After previously cutting ties with a more recognisable high street estate agent (who were very sloppy) I can only say if you want clear communication, thorough service and a team who care about what they do then these guys are a no brainier.

I went with Livin Croydon as they seemed very honest and helpful. I had previously used a corporate estate agent and wasn’t extremely impressed with the service. They took my property on for over market value and slowly requested that I reduced the price without reducing their fee. With Livin Croydon I didn’t get this skulduggery. From the outset Jason asked me how do I like to communicate and I said email as I am always busy and on the go. He listened to my preferences and stuck to exactly that. My property on Mersham Road is now under offer and I have to thank the team at Livin Croydon for this.
