This top move is very bad, they don't have any services, my electric oven and boiler are not working, maybe I bought them all out of my own pocket for more than 2 years.And they don't give me another place. If you leave, they tell you to leave. They didn't help at all. If you're smart, don't buy from here even if they offer it for free.

Outstandingly helpful, kind and friendly team, you feel like you're actually dealing with a little family, everyone does communicate with each other in order to help the client out and to get things done! I had quite an elaborate reference process as being self - employed and Kieran did a wonderful job in explaining and taking on the matter of my referencing and tenancy agreement as swiftly as possible. After letting him know my deadline for notice of current place he did prioritise "my case", which I found incredibly helpful and kind. Due to his efficiency I was able to move into the flat viewed on a Monday the Thursday a week after, including getting the flat newly painted and cleaned! That's a wow for efficiency! The manager lady was even so kind to take parts of the bank holiday off in order to hand over the keys to me. I highly recommend them and am looking forward to having to deal with them throughout my tenancy. ???? With many thanks Top Move Croydon! ????

I have had enough of there lies and broken promises. they say they will fix problems and help us as tenants but never do. I had to wait for my toilet to be fixed for over 3 months. Do not use this agent if you will be renting it through them.

As a Landlord I've had a disappointing experience with Top Move. Although they found a tenant quickly, it took nearly five months for Top Move to forward my inventory or to even establish if the inventory had been completed. Eventually I received it after hounding them repeatedly and every time it seemed like they were hearing the issue for the first time. I was also assured that my inventory fee would be included in their costs but I was still charged. I am still chasing this. I feel like they get the immediate job done (get tenant in and get paid) but they are very slack on the details and appalling at communication. I've been told multiple times that "Someone will call back" or "This will be escalated" only to never be contacted.

This agent, Top Move allowed 3 Keens Road, Croydon to become a brothel.
Only after local residents called the Police did they bother doing anything about it.
They also put up agent sufns for years at a time completely ignoring Croydon council bylaws. Even the office has the same signs on the wall breaching the law.

Steer clear of these guys.
I rented an apartment through Top Move and the estate agent told me that the apartment's management offered resident parking for £100 a month. Turns out the best deal is £10 a day which works out almost 3 times more.
A couple of weeks after I moved in to the flat, another one of the agents from Top Move just randomly walked into my house with a master key (without warning or even knocking) to give a viewing, then tried to tell me he did not realize anybody lived there. How could you not realize? You guys were the ones who conducted the viewing and lease process!!?
I would of gave them 2 stars for making the viewing and lease process easy but since it seems like they were just desperate to sell their allotment of apartments in the building, I'm not going to bother with the extra star.
