My flatmate and I have had a really smooth and easy experience with LOFT estate agents. We were able to find something quite quickly and they were incredibly attentive throughout the process. Tom has been exceptional as an agent on my behalf during what has been an incredibly long and complicated house purchasing process. As a first time buyer with no prior experience in the mechanics of acquiring a property, Tom demonstrated first rate client handling skills by guiding me through every step of the process. He always articulated and explained every part of the process with a level of clarity and cogency that allowed a new comer such as myself to be more conversant with the purchasing process. Tom combined these strong communication and client handling skills with a skilful sense of commercial pragmatism. During the thick of the process, a mortgage application that I had initially submitted fell through and Tom was very quick at redirecting my steps to an alternative broker. We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with the LOFT team. We had our property rented out with another local estate agent previously and hadn’t had a great experience so when our tenants left, we took the opportunity to move managing agents. Tom and the team went over and above to help us make updates to the property and found us some fantastic local tradespeople at really good rates who did quality work. The LOFT team had found us some tenants which perfectly matched the profile we were looking for.
We had a change of plan though due to something in our personal situations and ended up wanting to sell. Tom and the team helped us put the property up for sale and pivot to the new plan despite the extensive work they had done in helping us to manage the property before any fees had come their way.
The sales process was brilliant, the team got it sold within a week of going up, at a price more than we were expecting to get (thank you Ollie!) Ollie then helped manage the sales process, chasing solicitors and keeping the process moving. This helped to open up communications between us and the buyer so we could each chase our solicitors and move to completion quickly.
We saw both sides of the coin - lettings and sales - with LOFT through this process and had exceptional service on both. After our previous negative experiences with another managing agent, we can see the comparison and felt this was more than a tick box for the team, they really care about doing a brilliant job. From the initial meeting I felt that the team were treating me as a person rather than just another sales statistic, which was a significant contrast to the other agents I have spoken with. Excellent communication throughout and there was always a backup if one of the team was not available. Inevitably there were issues along the way but these were overcome quickly and to everyone's satisfaction by Tom acting as intermediary between myself, the buyers and the solicitors. I didn't look at the reviews before choosing LOFT, but reading the reviews now I would echo so many of the thoughts written by others. Would not hesitate to use LOFT again in the future, if only all Estate Agents were like them!

I first came across LOFT Estate Agents when I got introduced to Tom and Molly and they announced they may have a buyer for the property I had on the market. I'd had this property, a 2 bedroom fully refurbished bungalow, on the market for 8 months and was in to my third estate agent. Intrigued by their resourceful personal approach I investigated further to decide whether I should now appoint a fourth agent. They built up their experience working as employees for larger estate agents and decided they could do better setting up their own. I was impressed and decided to sign them up. One of the best business decisions I've made for a long time, because they certainly lived up to their sales promises.
I mainly dealt with Tom and within 2 weeks from appointment he had marketed and agreed an offer for his buyer's property and one week later confirmed the offer for my property. Like all property deals, they are never straight forward, but Tom was always on the ball with his buyer and myself and never worried about business times or weekends. During that period I always felt confident in the very professional, yet also personal manner the potential sale was being conducted.
Without question they are the best Estate Agents I've ever employed and certainly would have no hesitation in employing them again.

I can’t express enough how excellent LOFT have been with our sale. As soon as Molly & Tom came over for our valuation, they were so friendly and knowledgeable that we knew we wanted to list with them.
We’re very glad we did as they agreed a sale on our property within four days of going on the market! They paid so much attention to detail in the marketing and the photos really highlighted everything we fell in love with when we bought the property ourselves years ago.
Communication was fantastic throughout. Molly regularly kept in touch with ourselves, our buyer, our solicitors and all the other agents/solicitors/buyers in the chain. We had a WhatsApp group to keep in touch and received regular updates. Molly was always so easy to get hold of which makes a huge difference if you have worked with other agents in the past who leave you hanging. In addition, she was always cool and collected when things were delayed in the chain, allowed us to rant when needed but always remained positive!
There was a point where Molly was updating our buyer, our buyer’s buyer & our buyer’s buyer’s buyer! Absolutely went above and beyond to keep things moving. All of this lead to such a smooth transaction and our 5 property chain completed in just 4 months (despite some unexpected delays out of our control).
I’ve dealt with many estate agents in the past and this was a totally unique experience. LOFT really are modernising an otherwise traditional & challenging industry. Working with them was the best decision I’ve made in a long time.
Overall - absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If you are thinking of marketing your property, look no further.

It was a real pleasure trying to find and secure our next family home with LOFT Estage Agents.
Molly was the agent who dealt with our requirements and we cannot praise her enough.
Aside from being very approachable and likeable, it's clear that she is very experienced and professional in what she does. Molly was very patient and answered the questions we had about the property and the local area/current market. Nothing was too much and if something wasn't known, she'd soon find out and provide us with the details. Communication and the frequency of contact was perfect. They really listen to your requirements and don't try to force the sale.
This was a very positive experience from an agent and company who genuinely seem to care - offering a really personal experience.
