I was especially impressed by the positive atmosphere in the branch. The whole team worked harmoniously together, clearly focused on providing the best possible experience for their clients and moving the sale forward efficiently.<br><br>I was also impressed by the young team members, who were energetic, enthusiastic and clearly passionate about their work. Paul, Sophie and Jenna made the whole process so easy and we felt extremely lucky to have landed on such a great team as first time buyers. Paul has been incredibly helpful and Sophie has been truly amazing throughout the entire process. The whole team has been patient and understanding with our concerns and inexperience and we felt they genuinely cared about helping us. We would recommend Folklands to anyone considering a house purchase.
