Don’t go anywhere else!
They did an absolutely outstanding job. I spoke with two other agencies initially, including a large mainstream corporate firm, but ultimately decided to work exclusively with LB — and I’m very glad I did.
This wonderful boutique agency advised me on how to stay the course, helped shape a clear strategy, and produced a very well-designed, easy-to-understand report as well as a beautiful media package. Communication was excellent throughout — proactive, clear, and reassuring.

From start to finish, Oliver and Daithi were incredibly helpful, responsive, and a genuine pleasure to work with. No question ever felt too small, communication was always clear and timely, and I felt supported and well-informed at every step of the process.
Buying a first home can be (very!) stressful, but they made it feel straightforward and reassuring throughout. What really stood out was how hands-on they were behind the scenes. Sometimes when my solicitors stalled or where a faster response was required from the seller, they weren’t afraid to gently but firmly nudge both sides on my behalf.

We used Laporto Browne during our flat purchase in London and had a very solid experience overall. The service felt hands-on and relationship-led rather than “transactional.” Communication was generally fast and clear (often via WhatsApp/phone), and the team were proactive in coordinating viewings, sharing information quickly, and chasing progress when the transaction slowed down between parties.
On the personal side, they were also very strong. The team built a genuine rapport with us, listened carefully to our situation, and handled conversations with calmness, empathy, and good judgement, especially when personal circumstances made the process more stressful. That interpersonal approach made a meaningful difference to our experience.
What people should expect: Laporto Browne are good at keeping momentum, explaining what’s happening in plain English, and pushing for next steps without being unnecessarily aggressive. They also stayed helpful with practicalities around completion/handover, which reduced stress at a busy time for us.
Overall, we found them professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive, and we would recommend them to anyone wanting an agent who stays engaged through to completion.

My experience with Loporto Browne from start to finish was exemplary.
Firstly, property was exactly as marketed, no surprises. My initial viewing with Daithí was fantastic and really helped with deciding on the purchase.
Secondly throughout the conveyancing process Oliver was with me every step of the way. Being a first time buyer, it was a very foreign experience for me,despite that, Oliver took his time (even during evenings/weekend at times) to answer or explain any of my queries. Oliver’s role in this transaction was certainly beyond a typical estate agent and definitely kept the deal in tact throughout.
If i were to sell or let the property in the future I would certainly come back to Loporto Browne.

Had the pleasure of working with LB for our first house search in London.
Me and my partner were first time buyers looking for our dream home, Oliver and Liana understood the assignment from the first briefing.
They only showed us houses that matched our criteria 100%. We saw 5-6 houses with them and ended up picking one up from those and not to forget it was a super difficult decision because we liked almost all the houses that we saw with them.
After meeting with them after the first time, we didn’t want engage with any other agency as there wasn’t anything compared to the service and quality we were getting with LB.
We could not believe that from the first viewing, it only took us less than 3 months to move into our dream home (unheard of in the crazy London market!).

As a seller, I really felt like my interests were taken into account and I was consulted and advised with every decision with clear reasoning. A fantastic agency! Laporto Browne have sold 2 properties for us now and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. Both Liana and Oli are masters at this game; combining the efficacy and drive of the leading agencies but with but with a personal and honest approach to service. Their use of AV and social media is also very impressive.
For context, we had a property on with a local agent for 9 weeks and had 2 underwhelming offers below asking. Within 3 weeks of being appointed LB got us 4 offers, 3 above asking, we ended up agreeing a great price up and completed the sale quickly and efficiently. Liana is as far from the stereotype of an estate agent as you could imagine. As she promised at the signing of her contract, she was with us “every step of the way”. We had quite a traumatic time as our buyer (who came through in the end), caused us much angst with prolonged mortgage difficulties. But Liana was always there to support us, calm, caring and professional throughout the process. She assured me I could ring her at any time, even if I just needed someone to listen, and was always pro-active in liaising between buyer, seller, agent and solicitors, and reporting back promptly.
You couldn’t do better than choose her as your agent if you’re buying or selling a property.

Liana is everything you would want from a real estate agent times 10. She is nice, smart, caring, professional, responsive and just make things happen. She has listened to our requirements carefully, only showed us options that fit our requirements and advised us when we needed to. She also made sure that the purchase went seamlesly and never shied away from stepping in to solve any potential problems.

It is said that selling your home can be a traumatising experience, but that wasn't the case in this instance.
I used to work with Liana years ago, and that knowledge of her character put her at the top of the list of people I wanted to speak to when it came to selling my house.
Well, seeing through a sale from this perspective, it once again underlined how important it is to select an agent who is trustworthy, smart, empathathetic, and, in possession of both honesty and integrity. These are just some of the attributes that Liana has in abundance, and why I think she played a part in the sale being so smooth.
You just never know how a sale (or purchase) may turn out, and I'm sure that not all will be as straightforward, but if selling again (or buying), I'd once again rather go with someone who has all of the aforementioned qualities - as the saying goes, it is better to have something and not need it, rather than need something and not have it, especially for something so important.

This was my first experience of selling and I invited a few agents to value my property but in some cases I felt the agent’s knowledge and enthusiasm was somewhat lacking. However, on meeting Liana Loporto my fears were allayed.
