Elliott showed me the place, on time, well prepared, well mannered. He got me to the final stage securing the tenancy contract, but at the end I couldn't sign up: I wasn't satisfied with the parking option - more like my car insurance company doesn't like it - so I have to give up the place and relinquish my holding deposit. But Elliott is very, very helpful and responsive the whole time eventhough we are both dealing with a 3rd party management - that was a buy-to-let property - And this 5 stars is for him. They actually listened to what we were looking for and only showed us places that matched our criteria, which made the whole process so much easier.
