Having been on the books of another agent for 5 months with no success and/or little communication throughout I can see a complete difference with regard to professionalism and results. The property had an immediate 3 viewings and one offer which has been accepted and hopefully will go to completion. Having only been with Penrose for a couple of weeks I can't say what the whole journey looks like but I can say I'm impressed with the service to date and wish that I had approached this agent first.

In terms of communication, Penrose were good at keeping me updated on progress and weekly calls to establish how my experience is going and if there was any room for improvement. The viewings were kept quite professional. However, there were hardly any viewings, and most of the viewings were not successful because people didn’t like the area more than anything else - I feel like this is something that should have been established beforehand between Penrose and the viewers to avoid time wasting. Also, I’m not happy with the photography either, it was very basic and not showing the property’s true potential.

They were ok up until the sale was agreed although a five minute viewing was way below expectations. Afterwards it was an error-strewn transaction. I had to chase them numerous times for information, with several contradictions and u-turns along the way. They even forgot to add the VAT to their final fee! Really disappointed with their lack of professionalism. Thankfully I won't be dealing with them again.

"Gemma you were really amazing , extremely professional and most of all cheerful. You took the stress of having to rent away . I was a bit worried about the new criteria of referencing and monies to be deposited but it wasnt as bad as i thought. Still found it hard to believe it took a week from viewing to actually renting the property .
