I have recently purchased a property marketed by Love Property. From the viewing to the office communication and support along the legal side of the purchase I can say that I received excellent communication. The staff are always friendly and supportive. The icing on the cake was the key collection, when we were also presented with a new home card and a box of beautiful chocolates locally made in knowle.
Fantastic experience purchasing with Love Property.
Highly recommend if you are selling/buying in Knowle, Solihull and surrounding area.

I cant comprehend what ive just seen one of the landlords lucy as the male was calling her that she was following him shouting at him over a dispute no one can understand as she was moving in a very flamboyant threatening behaviour towards the public following him to the point the male was shouting for to get away from her…as a person who was going to walk into love property for advice i would not recommend this place!
Not to mention being told by bystanders that the woman is the local racist!

Horrendous company, the whole process is drawn out, left with no communication for days on end. Then I get a call to say because I’m self employed that can’t verify my income, but apparently because I ticked an incorrect option (for employed) we forfeit our deposit. Please read this carefully, a young couple with not a lot, now lost over £200 for a “typo”. Please avoid.
