I’ve had a few agents in the past who just do the bare minimum by showing houses and ordering reports. That’s not what makes a great real estate agent. A great agent needs to be your advocate and truly earn their commission.<br><br>I've done a couple of houses with David now. He meticulously reads every page of an inspection report to flag big issues, using them as leverage for repairs or better deals. He knows exactly what local homes are worth and has great timing on when to push or wait. Communication is excellent because he responds lightning fast. He translates all the legal and lender jargon into plain English, manages the entire process and all the deadlines perfectly, and even sends you frequent reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.<br><br>Most importantly, David is honest. He cares more about your interests than a commission and will tell you to walk away from a bad property.<br><br>David will even figure out what you REALLY want versus what you think you want :)
