We rented a property with Property Kings for 4.5 years and never had any issues.
The entire process was easy and Billy was extremely helpful and managed to get the paperwork sorted in record time.
Only left as we relocated with our jobs but would definitely recommend and would use them again if we have the opportunity.

We recently rented a property from Property King Estate Agents - and I must confirm that their service was excellent and second to none - from start to finish !!
We have dealt with other Estate Agents in the past , but I must confess Property King Estate Agent are much better.
There is a gentleman called Sunny ( Staff member at Property King ) - he is a wonderful gentleman and very professional and listened to details throughout the process !

Sunny provides temporary accommodation as well as runs an Air bnb.
I had taken an accomodation with Sunny on temporary basis. He got all the paper work done and handled things very professionally. If I had any complaint with regard to the any facility in the apartment , Sunny would address it at the earliest. The apartment I rented was 1bd, furnished with all white goods, utensils for cooking as well. In short I rented a fully functional apartment.
The location of the apartment is best suited as it is connected by bus(right outside the house).There is a nisa local right across the road, hair dresser,post office and fast food restaurant. .Tesco express is a 5 minute walk. High street is 15 minutes.The train station is 20 minutes walk.I would recommend this place to anyone coming in to Dartford and is waiting to find a permanent accommodation. For any one moving in to Dartford this is ideal.

I visited the office last month and received a welcoming entrance from all the workers, especially Sonia and Money. It was useful to have chat to see what options are available and what I would be able to afford on my salary. Will definitely going back each time I consider a move.

Property King have been managing my property for the last 4 years. In these last 4 years they have only provided me with professional long term tenants who pay their rent on time or even before payment day!
I’ve had previous estate agents who have let me down but Sonia in particular has been amazing! She is always keeping me update about the property and any works required she finds the best deal!

I have been renting with Property King since the beginning of 2019 and I have had nothing but excellent customer service. Sunny in particular has always been my point of contact and whenever I needed any help or had a question he was always on hand to help.
I am due to move out of the flat I have rented through them very shortly, but I would not think twice about renting through Property King again.

My parents urgently needed property to be rented in Dartford area. I visited Property King for one. Within a short time it was arranged by them . The service and professionalism of the staff are second to none . Once a water pipe in lockdown situation was leaking. Property King fixed it within 2 hours in such an unprecedented time that deserves huge praise . I highly recommend Property King .

I needed to urgently relocate to Cambridgeshire for a new job and decided to let my Dartford flat. I opted to go with the best rated lettings company for the area and according to google, that was property king in Dartford.
They did exactly what they said they’d do. Despite me feeling doubtful about getting a tenant in time for Christmas, Sunny managed to get the job done.
I’m a new landlady and property king have totally taken the stress out of the whole lettings thing so far.
Don’t hesitate, just ring them.

In searching for new tenants in the difficult months of November / December, Homes 4 You ensures they make time for viewings of my flat to potential tenants. Viewings are made based on tenants' availability, not just on Saturdays. Sunny, Billy and Money are very helpful in the situations I was in. I am happy that Homes 4 You have found me a tenant. In my experience with Homes 4 You - they are professional in their workings, proactive, always willing to help, and provides very good customer service.
UPDATE Personal Experience with Homes 4 You - 23rd February : I find the need to add this update today as I felt very appreciative towards what Homes 4 You has done. Billy received a call from my tenant at about 7pm yesterday. I am very pleased to learn that Billy immediately went to my flat and assisted my tenant with the constrain she faced. When I then contacted Billy's colleague, Sunny at approximately 9.00pm, I am very pleased to receive a reply from Sunny on what happened. I must be honest to say I didn't know if I will receive replies, and I am glad I did ! "Billy, Sunny .. thank you for the help, and thank you for attending to my tenant as quick as you can!"
