If you want a no nonsense get the job done estate agent then look no further than Luci. Luci is not a 9-5 estate agent. She was available day time, evenings and weekends. Couldn't recommend Luci Morgan enough! We both brought and sold a house with Luci recently after having been on the market with a different estate agent last year with no luck. Very poor service, called me off a private number, was incredibly pushy and actually downright rude. Incredibly unprofessional. I was a serious cash buyer and didn’t even look at the property int he end. No way to contact her, no information, floor plan or address sent to me. No confirmation of a viewing I booked and just incredibly bad service. I see a few bad reviews here saying the same sort of thing so I’m sure she won’t know me either and another “fake review”. Just a lady who’s rude and bad at her job I’m afraid. Wouldn’t use her to sell my house and wouldn’t see a house advertised by her no matter how much I loved it in future.
Just to confirm I bought the next house I saw from her, this happened a few months ago. I was 100% a serious buyer.
Her behaviour is odd, unprofessional and rude. Stay well clear
Just to add… in her reply I think Luci showcases her general attitude with “I know how good I am”, she’s fully up herself. Accusing my of being a jealous estate agent is so unprofessional when she knows exactly who I am. Again the fact that every bad review must be fake speaks volumes.

Arranged viewings quickly, however didn’t bother to confirm them or send me the address of the property. I re-arranged things twice with a young bay to make viewings work as she pressured me into see the house asap as it “wasn’t going to be around long”.
Messaged me after failing to confirm or send the the address as though it was my fault I didn’t appear at an unknown location. Disorganised and unprofessional. Surprisingly the house is still available… probably because no one can find it.
Update in response to Luci: I have all the communication to support so please feel free to report this review. You being unprofessional isn’t a fake review just an honest one. Your sign may be on a road but that doesn’t help if someone doesn’t know where that road is. Your response only further proves your unprofessional stance here.
Think the other low reviews saying how rude you are and the difficulty in working with you might prove my point here.seems like you have a pattern of claiming fake reviews for negative ones and making accusations against others. I would also give 0 stars if I could.

Absolute legend of an Estate Agent. Found me a buyer, sold my house (which was a bit niche), nurtured the chain and kept it alive right up until completion. Chased everyone all the way through, amazing. I think one of the major notable differences with Luci is that she didn't just sit on her hands waiting for Rightmove to make it happen. She joined dots with real people and lined them up with houses to actually manufacture a chain. Obviously I would 100% recommend Luci based on this very positive experience.

She works non stop in getting interested buyers through the door and keeps you (the seller) updated all of the time through the process. If you're looking for a no nonsense, no bs estate agent who will push solicitors to get a move on look no further. Usually an estate agent goes AWOL as soon as an offer is accepted, not Luci. 100% recommended and is a breath of fresh air to the property market.

We we're recommended to Luci after being with a high street agent for 12 weeks and only having one viewing and hardly any communication with them.
From the day we switched Luci was driving to sell the property very honest very direct and got straight on with the job her communications where excellent always keeping us informed and had a buyer within 48 hrs and towards the end of the process was pushing the solicitors to keep the process moving forward to completion can recommend Luci Morgan estate agents if you want to get the job done she the lady to do it . I don’t normally post reviews. However, In response to the previous review I had to write one. Luci is an absolute amazing estate agent, we are currently selling our house with Luci and the service we’re receiving is above 5 stars. If I could give 10 I would. Luci is honest, always keeping us in the loop, giving back great feedback and guiding us what the best next steps are. Luci advertised our house as £250k OFFERS OVER, we are simply not in the position to accept any less, we need at least £260k to proceed with our next property without this we will be short and we haven’t sadly got huge savings to cover the shortfall. Luci made this very clear to all potential buyers, and I am very sad to read the previous review as I do not believe it’s true. I have seen the messages between Luci and the other buyer/s and I know Luci always informs people it’s offers over and we are not in position to accept £250k. Luci does not deserve 1* review. Anyone who is looking to advertise their property Luci is your woman. She is a real business woman, she is straight to the point and honest. There is no sugar coating with Luci and this is why we decided to go with Luci to advertise our house. We previously withdrawn from another agent as there’s just no comparison like Luci.
Don’t be fooled by the 1* review please.
Thank you Luci for doing all the best in trying to get our house sold. Responding to all messages 24/7 too unlike high street estate agents who close at 5pm and you cannot contact them or if someone’s on leave your query won’t be dealt with until there back.

Would highly recommend Luci to anyone selling or buying a property. Responds almost instantly to calls or texts. I lost count of the number of times a "Traditional" estate agent missed my call, never responded to an email or took days to arrange a viewing.

We moved to Luci following being with a different high street agent. I can’t recommend using Luci enough, she is straight talking, honest and sold our house within 48 hours! Luci will back you not only with your sale but also supported us with our purchase.
The updates are instant from her, and isn’t confined to the Monday-Friday working hours like other agents are. I had no concerns through our sale due to the professionalism and attentiveness received. If you’re looking to sell, make sure Luci is your first stop!

One of the best things aswell about Luci is that she is so approachable and contactable 24/7! I would strongly recommend Luci if you want to sell your house in an efficient and timely manner, she actually cares and is honest. Her direct approach leaves you feeling that you have chosen the best person for the job regardless of the outcome. We tried different agents but felt they were just going through the process. Luci lives and loves her job, she is always available for advice, regularly updates and whittles out the time wasters! She is passionate about selling houses and if that’s your aim she will do all that she can to succeed. We didn’t sell but that was definitely not because of her lack of trying, unfortunately the market and our unusual house prevented it, but she never gave up. Luci is an absolute legend when it came to selling my house. Not only did she achieve this within 24hours of taking my property to market. The after care she put in was 'above and beyond' from what you'd ordinarily get from any high street estate agents e.g Standfords. Luci is a powerhouse and in my experience she had to step in to co-ordinate a team of other professionals who were ineffective in their communication and capabilities. Luci even supported other parties in the chain that were not her direct responsibility/clients because their own agents were not forthcoming or transparent. I am certain that without Luci this chain would have collapsed. Luci is a business/woman who genuinely cares, passionate, driven and motivated to get the outcome needed. Luci availability during the whole journey was consistent and clear 24/7. If I broke down Luci rate/fee over the amount of hours, days and months worked her actual income from my property sale is actually very 'low turnover' for her/family. Luci as a independent and consummate estate agent, is exceptionally good value for money, and she is worth her weight in gold. Well done Luci, and I will only be recommending you from hereon for other sellers to market property through you. Finally, Luci is like marmite you are either going to like her approach or not. Ultimately she is there to do a job and without any doubt she will get that job done to the very best of her abilities. That girl has the va va voom and I bloody love her for that.....!!! Luci is amazing. There’s no other word for it. Despite the fact that Luci was our seller’s estate agent not ours, she went above and beyond for us! The other estate agents in our chain were utterly useless but Luci pulled out all the stops to not only make sure the sale actually happened, but also to ensure that we were looked after. Being heavily pregnant when moving house is quite honestly the most stressful thing I’ve ever experienced and we had so many issues with the bottom of the chain, but Luci was wonderful and kept us informed throughout, chasing the chain where other estate agents should have been taking responsibility. I was advised Luci due to her popular Facebook posts bragging about selling over asking price however, very grateful I got other valuations and advice. Luci valued my house £40,000 lower than three other estate agents with the promise of making it go over the value and often brags about getting £20,000 more. I would argue that figure is probably still thousands less than another estate agent would achieve. It came across she wanted a quick sale due to working alone and wouldn't want to "waste time" doing viewings to achieve the best price. I had numerous concerns from her marketing being sub par (which generates interest) she told me she uses a phone! I am one of the lucky ones who managed to agree an offer £40,000 over Lucis value but I often see other properties marketed by her consistently returning to the market or being reduced over and over again within days of marketing sometimes. I am sure looking through other reviews my existence will be denied or removed but if I help just one person save thousands I will feel a small sense of satisfaction.

After a tedious 2 weeks on the market with a different estate agent giving 0 results, Luci was very helpful to us from the outset.
The first property we viewed with Luci didnt give us the wow factor but after a very short conversation about our criteria she knew exactly what we were looking for and took us to view a house that had re-entered the market that very day. Needless to say we fell in love. With that, we switched to list ours joint agency and within the first day Luci had found us a buyer. Luci was helpful and friendly from the first moment of arranging viewing to completion of our purchase.
We contacted Luci at short notice to arrange the viewing on our home and she was quick reply and so helpful in arranging a viewing the same day.
Throughout the process of the sale Luci was always available to contact, quick to reply and a great help in ensuring that the purchase progressed and was completed at a good pace.
We absolutely love our new home and don't plan on moving again but from our experience with her I would absolutely recommend Luci in both buying and selling your home.

I would highly recommend Luci's services, she went above and beyond for us during our recent house sale. We've just exchanged, and Luci handled both the sale of our property and purchase of the one we're moving to, and what can I say, this definitely had its challenges, and I had plenty of questions through the whole 'ordeal' (not an ordeal of Luci's making I might add). And despite being on holiday towards the end of the process, she was still on hand to push things on and answer my endless list of questions. If you want someone who is dogged in their determination to get things done for you, in a friendly, always contactable way, for sale and purchase, Luci's your person. Once instructed, she is very on-the-ball regarding selling your property, and chasing up other professionals involved in the sales process.
I had a BTL property I had previously been letting, and her advice and work ethic was spot-on.

We went to Luci as We like to support local, independent businesses and I had heard great things on a business network. We haven’t been disappointed. She was extremely proactive getting us motivated and ready for our open day in mid Feb. And then her quick thinking with one of our potential buyers meant that we are now moving in the next week or so! She has been extremely communicative, she has done so much of the chasing legwork herself and has earned every penny of her fee ( which is also lower than many of the main market competitors). Highly recommend Luci and although I hope this is our last one wound recommend and use her again in a heartbeat!

Not massively impressed with this estate agent. I just want to make it clear, I never brought a house from her or sold a house to her. I just viewed a property from her.
The two stars is mainly due to the lack of information I was given. She was unable to provide floor plans or measurements of any rooms which I think is pretty bad. I asked her twice for this information and don’t think it’s too much to ask to get room measurements when buying a place.
Also, she only offered one open day to view the property which turned out to be for a hour in three weeks time. That’s hardly a open day or convenient.
If I’m being honest if I see any future properties for sale with this agent, I wouldn’t bother looking. That may sound harsh but it’s 100% the truth.
EDIT: Thanks for your rude response. I offered more than the guide price. I won’t respond any more but it isn’t too much to ask for measurements of rooms. It hardly matters as I never bought the house but wanted to provide you with some honest feedback.
