Mansells moved my mother in law a couple of years ago. They did a great job for her so there was no discussion about who we would choose to sell our house in Hassocks. Gareth valued our house with certainty in what we knew was a bad market, even for Hassocks. We had an offer within 3 weeks which they helped negotiate to an agreeable figure. The sale went in hand but we hadn’t found a property to move to. We viewed several properties with Mansells and another agent but none suited us. Gareth knew exactly what we wanted and after several weeks he called to say he had just valued a property that he knew we would buy. Sure enough a few weeks later it came to market and we agreed to buy it. It all went through with the least amount of hassle possible. I can’t recommend Gareth and the team enough

Gary claims to be the branch manager he acts like a jumped up spoilt child and full of his own importance.
I enquired about the former National Wide Building Society in Hurstpierpoint. he first of all told me it sort of available which I cross examined to which he said its available. He then told me about it in a negative tone with the clear intention of putting me off. to conclude he promised to email me the details and didn't.
Now that's how the office manager conducts himself.
That is a 5* minus in anyone's book.

When we sold my parent's house with them, Mansell McTaggart in Hassocks provided us with an excellent service from start to finish, and even afterwards; they were incredibly helpful and really friendly and approachable also. Nothing was too much trouble and they supported us brilliantly through an emotional sale following my father's passing. We then used their lettings team in the Patcham office who were so professional, reassuring and patient with us as first-time landlords. I highly recommend Wendy and her team, they really went above and beyond for us and our tenants, providing a superb service in a hugely welcoming and friendly manner. Thank you so very much for everything you have done for us and for your continued help. We will certainly be using your services again!
