Unfortunately we had to take our property off the market at that point, but I knew from dealing with Fay, that when we were ready I would be contacting her again to sell our property. Matt, Jodie and the team have all been amazing and very professional and we cannot thank them enough. From start to finish, Mark Antony set the bar for what I would expect from an estate agent. I was very impressed with what was included in the initial package - good photographer, many rightmove perks, reasonable estate agent fee. Then along the process, both Jodie & Helen were very helpful, informative and reassuring throughout. The house moving process is always a stressful time, but they definitely contributed to making it as seamless as possible.

We bought our first home from Mark Anthony and had a good experience years ago. However, selling has been a different experience altogether.
Our feedback from viewings was that our house had no parking space when it did in fact have one. We kept explaining this to the estate agents, even providing an aerial view and photographs showing the space. The feedback from viewers remained the same for months or there was confusion over where the space was.
We then had lots of viewers who couldn't afford our property and were giving low estimates. When we challenged this the estate agency said they were letting any viewer come to the property even if there mortgage offer was way below our asking price.
When we eventually sold the house, the estate agents weren't overly helpful. We had little communication and in the end we had more communication, emails and phone calls from the buyers estate agent (Ashton's). We ended up having weekly phone calls from Ashton's just to stay in the loop.
On the day we moved, the person buying our house was given keys to our property. No one rang to see if we had moved out yet so we had a very confused man come to the property expecting it empty as our estate agents didn't bother to ring or see where the move was up to. We were waiting for our new house to be emptied so still had furniture and items remaining in the house.

I really don’t like to write negative reviews, and rarely do, but I’ve had a terribly disappointing experience with MA this week.
I would like to thank John for his time and help when I viewed a property but outside of that I’m afraid I have nothing positive to add.
There are times when you miss out on a property you want, I accept that, but I’m extremely dissatisfied about the way it was handled by the team.
As always, there are two sides to every story, but, from my perspective, this has been a really poor experience.

I think it’s always difficult to know who to choose when selling your house, it’s not a regular thing we do nor does your family and friends so a lot of the time it’s a personal recommendation or like myself a gut reaction towards the interaction you have with the agents you research. I wanted honesty, with honesty comes transparency, with transparency there is trust, and I found all three at Mark Antony. Everyone was consistent in their help, support and advice during the initial set up of my sale and indeed during our viewings and offers put forward and now as it comes to a close they are there with a helping hand to make sure everything goes well.

Don't deserve the one star , Feel sorry for anyone who would think of think of dealing with them, over 1 hour for the department to finally answer the phone, the hoop and questions you have to go through and then still have too go through a application that is a night mare, couldn't complete my application cos of my surname was not recognized. Absolute nightmare.

I’ve just come back from a 300 mile round trip to view houses in the Warrington area, I can’t rate Mark Antony’s any near what they deserve. The house was presented wonderfully. Maintained to a high standard and matching the description to a T. The lady that hosted the viewing was really nice answering all our question to a very high standard whilst making it a relaxing informal atmosphere.
Would I recommend ? 100% YES
Only a pity Google only allow me to give 5 stars ??

We had our house for sale with several other agents with no joy and they just kept pushing price drop after price drop. Mark Antony were more realistic with their expectations and marketed the house really well. My partner and I attempted to rent a furnished flat through this estate agent. While I cannot fault their professionalism over the telephone, this process was highly frustrating for us as future tenants. My main objective is the unrealistic reassurance and expectations that were provided.
When we first interested in the property, we were told on the phone of a specific move in date, a few weeks prior to the expiration of our current tenancy. This was followed by a lull of activity, where we were then told the flat was in high demand, and we were competing with other applicants. At no point was this mentioned, and this led to significant anxiety. Ultimately, the flat went to someone else.
While I understand that it may be competitive to apply for a tenancy, this should have been communicated. It is clear that the priority here was making life easy for the landlord, while disregarding specific requirements of future tenants. Had I not been proactive in pursuing alternate properties, I may have been left without a place to move to at the end of my current tenancy.

Mark Antony have been extremely easy to deal with right from the beginning when Sonya valued my property.
I decided to put my house up for sale in March 2020 but I was worried how my house would sell due to the impending lock-down because of COVID-19, however, a professional photographer was arranged straight away so my property could be viewed online and also a virtual tour for interested buyers, luckily just before the country was put on lock-down. I was kept up to date even when there wasn't much of an update, and whenever I had a question Katie was really quick at responding and her customer service is brilliant.

Relocated from North Wales to Cheshire - looking for a minimum 2 bed property in a semi-rural location for the last 12 months. Due to over inflated market prices across Cheshire - it was difficult to find what I was looking for.
Finally, a property came onto the market through Mark Antony estate agents, at the right price in the right location. After contacting Mark Antony - viewing was arranged for the very next morning. I was fortunate enough to have an offer accepted very quickly (the same day) and slightly under the asking price!

We originally enquired with Mark Anthony estates back in February about putting our house on the market, Sandra came to our house and was such a pleasure to deal with. They were very transparent in what they did and what they offered which I really appreciated. After dragging our feet abit and going back and to we finally decided to put our house on the market, through out our going back and forth they were really patient and accommodating. They were great with listing the property and kept us informed through out. It wasn't just Sandra all members of staff were polite and attentive. We had a number of viewings which each time they kept us up to date and gave accurate feedback. We got on offer on the house which we were really happy with.
Everything with them has been professional, hassle free and made a normally stressful experience in to a relaxed confident one. I would absolutley reccomened them to anybody looking to sell or let!

We just bought a house that was sold through Mark Antony Estates. They made everything so easy, from arranging views to helping to keep us in the loop between both parties solicitors. We personally dealt with Laura in the early stages who was lovely. Then Jenny who was brilliant. She helped speed the process along and kept me informed. It was a great help with us being first time buyers.

I contacted Mark Antony estate agents after seeing a property on their website. On contacting Amy she dealt with my enquiries and, subsequently arranged for a viewing that suited my availability.
Amy met me at the property and was very welcoming. She was able to answer the majority of my questions and those she couldn’t she researched, and came back with the answer ms immediately. Rebacca has been all handling all aspects of our experiences - from the iniial telephone call to advise that she wouldl be sending a pre-work order (quotation) together with full contact details for the tenant, in order for me to contact them directly to arrange access.
Once the inspection has been completed and the quotation has been sent to Rebecca she has efficiently let us know that this quotation has been sent to the owner of the property and informed once the owner has approved for the work (at the price quoted) to be carried out.
Once the work has been completed I have contacted Rebecca to inform her and once the work has been approved by Rebecca, the tenant and the owner, has efficiently passed on the invoice to the relevant department in order for them to arrange payment.
I cannot fault the service that Rebecca has provided and would gladly pass on this recommendation and hopefully will continue with this positive relationship. Well done Rebecca!! (Becky).
All telephone calls have been returned promptly and I cannot fault the efficient service provided by Rebecca and her colleagues.

Phone calls, viewings and all aspects of the sale were dealt with as efficiently as possible and always with a friendly service.

When my husband started working in Cumbria we initially needed to rent our house out with a view to selling once we had settled there. We decided to go with Mark Antony as I felt that Katherine who came round to quote was very personable and that I would be able to get along well with her. I also thought that prospective tenants would get the same feeling and that she would be great at managing the property and keeping everyone happy. I wasn’t wrong, as she did a great job for us and found good tenants very quickly.
Once we decided to sell we stayed with Mark Antony as our experience with them so far had been without problems or stress. We received the same high quality of service when Jenny Norton took over for the sale of our house and had a buyer for us within 3 months. She kept us informed regularly about how things were going and what stage other people in the chain were at. We found this really reassuring at a time when stress levels are high.

Wouldnt be my first choice of estate agents for selling or rentals. If this was my property they were trying to rent I would immediately pull the property and rent it myself. Service is not up to standard in my opinion. You cant respond to a prospective tenant/buyer with "All our letting staff are out on viewings, they will call you back Monday" Honestly? What kind of business are you running..

I've used Mark Antony Estates several times to find tenants for my house in Latchford. They have always done a fantastic job at finding good quality tenants and minimising voids. They communicate well as to what is happening, draw up accurate tenancy agreements and other documents and release funds promptly. I manage the house myself but as I don't live locally, Mark Antony Estates have been very helpful when it comes to organising Gas Safety checks and also putting me in touch with good quality tradespeople when I have needed the odd repair doing. I heartily recommend them.
