A statement from our seller below says everything that we stand for, the personal touch, going beyond to care for our clients. We are in a time of coronavirus crisis many of us over 60 with health issues, vulnerable have to stay at home in the interest of everyone. Firms continue to carry on, no empathy from my view just one example of what is happening in the world. However Mark put your business on hold to assist. I lost my house keys. I contacted house insurance-nightmare, 7 hours on. However Mark tract them down and personally delivered them to my home. No words can be expressed for such kindness and support. In short Mark and Team. Thank you for your support and shining out to be the caring

I met with 3 estates agents, 2 were larger companies, but I was instantly more comfortable with Mark, he took the time to explain things and I felt like I could ask stupid questions. The photographer who was used was also really good, we bagged up items to move and he moved them around as needed and made it all really easy. Mark Buxton, gives the personal touch by coming to see your home himself. Their 3D video is second to none and was not on offer with any other estate agents. My house sold for £50-70k more than other estate agents valuations and was sold within a week, if I have gone with larger companies U would of lost a lot of money just because they give houses away for quick sales to help make their number of houses sold for the month sales figures BEWARE of companies who state celing prices on Post Codes. I will definitely be using Mark Buxton in any of my future house sales ????... Read more
