Our case wasn’t the easiest with lots of challenges to step through but we were always kept updated with progression even if it wasn’t always the news we hoped to hear. Have recently brought a property that was being sold via mark Neville and co. After over a year of trying to move and various sales falling through we had dealt with quite a few estate agents none in which impressed us a great deal until we found the property we've just brought.Every person we had dealings with at mark revill was friendly, polite, professional and just so helpful especially Laura. Laura kept us updated throughout the process, responded to calls and emails quickly and unlike other estate agents returnt calls when she said she would. On a few occasions the general stress of buying and selling began to get to me but a simple phone conversation with Laura quickly reassured me and made me feel more at ease with the situation which a appropriated greatly. I don't feel mark revill is your typical estate agents it felt more like your dealing with friends than strangers. Would truly recommended using this estate agents.... Read more

Unfortunately, Mark Revill estate agents Haywards Heath, took their eye off the ball with the recent sale of our flat. We understand the current market for selling is not good and were prepared to accept offers. We accepted a much reduced offer in return for a quick sale. The buyer was supposed to be a cash purchaser who undertook to complete sale in 1 month. Even allowing for any delays on our solicitors part, 9 weeks has passed from acceptance of offer to exchange. Adding insult the buyer wants a further 3 weeks to completion. We have requested clarification from Mark Revill many times that buyers solicitor was aware of the 1 month sale commitment, with no response. Mark Revill only contacted solicitors at our insistence or provided follow up when pressed by us. The sale has dragged on, the buyer got a bargain, we have been paying council tax, management fees, insurance, utility bills for far longer than agreed. We noted, of course, that on the exchange date, Mark Revill was quick to e mail us their fees, shame they were not so quick off the mark when it came to ensuring our sale proceeded according to the agreed plan.
