Martin and Wheatley has just let my property in Guildford. From the time I met Lauren and Sheila at my rental home, I was so impressed and appreciative. The property needed a lot of work and they went out of their way to help, guide and supply endless advice. It was quite overwhelming when the keys were handed back and I made the list of work that needing doing. They helped with choosing wall paint colours and advised on good choice of flooring. They send me links to many suppliers. They made a hard job managing the process very easy.
They were quick to follow up on viewings and had 3 offers in a short time over the quiet Christmas period. They were very positive. I am a very happy landlord. A huge thank you to a great team.

Recently bought a house through Martin and Wheatly. Graham was my agent. He is just so helpful and easily reachable even out of office hour. I am amazed of his prompt reply to my every email and phone calls.

Martin & Wheatley have been our letting agent for the last 10 years and have given us a great service and professionalism I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
They have recently in the last 8 months moved into the Sales Market. As we were thinking of selling our property we gave them opportunity to place our property on the market as a single agent, this was back in June 2021. What can I say within the first week that the property was placed on the market they had a dozen people booked into an open day.
That same day we had three people interested and within 48 hours thereafter we had a firm offer, which we accepted with a completion sale in mid August 2021.
We almost had the full asking price, everything run very smoothly from offer to completion of sale. I would have no hesitation to recommend them to others or indeed let them sale a future property for us.

We chose them on recommendation of a friend, and I'll admit to some reservations as they are outside our town. However, they did the job superbly - superb and professional regular communications, vetting potential clients, and generating more interest than we'd previously experienced with more local agents (I'm still not entirely sure quite how they did this!).
