Awful. Made my partner sign up with a 3rd party insurance agency (life time legal). Who are not based in the UK and informed her that she HAD to take out this insurance but can cancel it after 3 months.
I emailed Limbs estate agents requesting clarification that this is correct but didn't receive any correspondence.
Plenty of estate agents out there, avoid Limbs.

On the day of the move, I was pretty frazzled by the time we arrived to wait for our money to come through and to get the keys. The lovely folks in the office offered us a seat, our choice of hot and cold beverages and were really lovely.

From valuation to completion the team at Limb’s were thoroughly professional, courteous and helpful. Things were progressing well in the earlier stages of our sale and Vicky, who had taken photos and produced our brochure, checked in with us regularly and kept us informed. However, in the later stages, when our chain had more than a few hiccups, Vicky was brilliant, going above and beyond to research the problems. She discovered why some difficult situations were delaying things and very carefully and professionally explained them to us and reassured us that all would be well in the end.
She certainly deserves a special mention and a very big thankyou from us both.

Fantastic service. We marketed our property through Matthew Limb, and the service we received from them was first class. Everyone who we dealt with was friendly, professional, courteous and helpful, and went above and beyond, even chasing solicitors for information when nothing was forthcoming. Viewings were always followed up with feedback telephone calls. I wouldn't hesitate in using Matthew Limb Estate Agents in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the "real deal" from a high street estate agents.

For such a big purchase, that was constantly postponed due to solicitor and chain issues, they were always on hand for updates throughout the process. Bitterly disappointing, we recently purchased a property through Matthew Limb after the offer was accepted we heard nothing from the agency, unless we called them. They did not do ANY sales progression, we ended up speaking to the Vendors and the other estate agents ourselves to find out what was happening and to agree move dates. On the day our purchase completed they didn't even call us to tell us it had gone through. I would not recommend them, and will not be selling any property through them in future. Abysmal service (don''t even deserve one star)
