From the moment Ben stepped across the door to value our house we felt so comfortable and at ease with what this company was offering to us and about the quality service we expected from them. Ben was also at the end of the phone for us to contact him for advice when we needed it at different stages throughout the sale and we valued his advice greatly.
Alice took over at the next stage to secure the smooth running of the sale, she was so efficient at sorting matters as they arose and went above and beyond to ensure that both parties involved in buying and selling were fully up to date with developments as they went along. The whole team at Stanifords Swanland were very informative, very prompt and efficient throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. Very rude staff on initial call. Not helpful at all and blunt. Tried to arrange a viewing on a property to be told no more viewings despite property still being on the market 3 weeks later from initial call. Emailed directly 3 weeks later to see what the situation is and not even had the decency to reply. Very poor and upon reading some of the other reviews I am not the only one to get the cold shoulder. Expected better from a local family run company where you would think potential customers / buyers are put first.

Possibly the worst estate agents I’ve had to deal with, not a single care in the word when it came to the viewing and trying to buy a property. I got laughed at when asked for help on a reasonable price for a house, I would AVOID buying with this company especially if you have to deal with a lady called Katie. So glad I bought with a different company sales people at stanifords are an actual joke.

Have plenty of experience buying and selling properties with various estate agents and this one has been by far the best.
The staff were very professional and reliable. Whenever I called them they were so pleasant and helpful. They seemed very proactive looking for potential buyers of our property. It sold quite quickly and at a reasonable price considering the current market.
We struggled to find reviews for estate agents and chose Stanifords based on first impressions. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
