Alway use independant estate agents, like McCarthy Holden. With so much local knowledge, their expertise is second to none and for us that was vital moving into an area we didn't know. Their approach is to find you a 'home', not just a house. Sarah, Andrea and Christina at the Odiham branch were fantastic. As first time buyers, they were helpful and guided us through the process. I would like to say a massive ‘Thank You ‘ to Victoria ,Daniel and the whole sales team.
As an executor of my mother’s estate the area of retirement flat ‘resales’ was a very steep learning curve for me. From the first meeting with Victoria l found her to be extremely professional and approachable. At each point that l have needed to seek out information and advice from her she has been contactable and very willing to return my phone calls plus spend a considerable amount of time discussing this very specialised area of the resale market ,therefore l was able to make informed decisions going forward. I very much valued her experience throughout the selling process.
Down-the-line l came into contact with Daniel who l found to be very professional also. Daniels willingness to keep me up to-date with very speedy replies to e- mails/ phone calls helped a-great deal . His friendly approachable manner and sound advice has been much appreciated by myself.
