I recently had dealings with the Odiham office headed up by Sarah Barber who was highly efficient.
Sarah has a very good team around her and nothing appeared too be to much trouble. In her absence Andria delt very efficiently with any questions I had and this knowledgeable team successfully sold me a property. Their follow up and contact through to completion of the sale was excellent.
McCarthy Holden are well established in the area and Sarah and her team in Odiham are excellent ambassadors for the company.

Victoria and Amalia were fantastic from start to finish. They worked hard to find a buyer, then the hard work really started when we found there was a problem with one of the buyers in the chain, and their estate agent dropped the ball. Victoria and Amalia kept chasing throughout and their communication was spot on. I would 100% recommend McCarthy Holden to anyone looking to buy or sell in Fleet.
