Jasmine kept in touch via WhatsApp as we both work longer hours than the solicitor and auction house so she was our liaison. Through no fault of Jasmine this sale took considerably longer than expected - did not reach the reserve via auction - very disappointingly - took months and not weeks to get auction ready so went for sale in school holidays and prime holiday time when folks are away - not what we wanted Could not afford to wait any longer as already lost two bungalows - so took a financial hit on the selling price. Not sold a house for some years so the extra legislation and paperwork was onerous when we live 5 hours drive from the house to be sold. Had to drive back to look for more paperwork over a weekend...
