We have recently completed the sale of our property near Duns using Melrose &Porteous for the Estate Agents and conveyancing. From the beginning the service was excellent and very 'personable' I would call it. Debbie,Andrew and Eilidh were equally great and made the whole process pretty seamless,making contact when requested and keeping us fully updated. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. It's a big fat 10 out of 10 for me. Angus Bewick.

Completely inactive. I had to chase them constantly. Calls not returned, forms not posted. They took so long that eventually my mum's capacity to agree to the PoA came into question and I was made to jump through hoops with my mums GP to protect THEIR license. Go somewhere else.
addendum: Please don't hide behind the law society. This only became an issue because you took so long and needed constant chasing.
