Good communications from the start, we were unsure what to expect at the valuation. Daines explained everything and after giving us the valuation they then went through the various option on how to market the property. Photos , marketing and viewings were professionally handled. All verbal information was followed up in writing for records. Sam, Ann-Marie, Lucie and the Daines team did a first class job.

Chose Melvyn Danes after 3 quotes. I found their approach professional but importantly polite and not too 'pushy'. They weren't proposing the highest sales price but after some discussion we were able to agree a price we were both comfortable with. From the day they were appointed they have been highly communicative and even though the sale has not been completed yet I am more than happy with their handling of everything. In the questionnaire I have declined to give more than one star for the "recommendation" questions but this because I never recommend anything or anyone. However if questioned about Melvyn Danes I would give a positive response.

We engaged Melvyn Danes Sheldon to steer the sale for us as we had an offer early. There fore they did not need to market the property. Nevertheless the were very helpful through the whole process . Samantha Livingstone was professional , helpful and thorough at all times as were the other staff at the branch . Overall I was very satisfied they did exactly what they were engaged to do . I would have no hesitation in recommending them .

My experience with Melvyn Danes was fantastic, they accompanied my viewings which was really important, I always felt intimidated having buyers in my house and the thought of showing them round was not good.
Their staff were friendly and approachable, especially Jo who managed the whole process from start to finish once an offer was agreed.
The communication was excellent, would definitely use again.

I can’t fault the estate agent communication was the best I’d ever experienced...
To my dismay I didn’t sell my home. I decided to take my home off the market as it as getting to close the Christmas, I I really couldn’t cope with the move.
