Communication has not proven to be fantastic, staff on leave have nobody picking up emails by proxy, no advice of annual leave dates, very little acknowledgement that house is free following viewings so you can return. Some feedback from viewings has been offered, some quick turnarounds on viewings but again, slow on information around quality of potential buyers. Content of some emails completely ignored and the information and communication stages are paramount

I recently tried to arrange an appointment to view a property with a likelihood of putting in an offer. My wife left a message with Danes, they failed to get back in touch for 2 days, when prompted they stated they are no longer accepting viewings as they had offers on the house. No further explanations, no attempt to engage with us regarding other property, overall very unprofessional.
