We chose Mustard in Towcester to sell our house and while it was not an easy sale we could not have picked a better team – and dealing with a team of three we always knew to whom we were speaking. Ben’s experience, good judgement and pragmatism brought us through successfully and he was ably backed up by Maddie who worked hard chasing up any delays and in keeping us fully informed. Grace successfully showed people around our property – not a job we would have fancied doing – kept us informed and we quickly had potential buyers. We should also mention the photographs taken were of the highest quality.

Steve and the team at Michael Graham offered a really first class service. We originally bought our house through them so it made perfect sense to sell
It with them too. In a difficult market they sold the house quickly, and when the sale fell through they found another buyer within days. Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. Although my husband and I sold through MG Towcester and bought through MG Newport Pagnell, I need to give a special mention to Harry who used to work at the Newport Pagnell office but now is at MK. Harry is quite simply excellent and extremely communicative. We had our eye on a particular house for a very long time but were unable to put an offer in due to having listed with a rubbish estate agent for about 5 months before we switched to MG. Harry kept in contact and gave us updates about the house we loved. Once we were in a position to put in an offer he negotiated extremely hard considering the sellers were quite set, however he pulled it off and we’re now sitting in our beautiful new home ??????<br><br>?????????? for Harry!!
