Although my house sale has yet to be finalised I’ve been really pleased with the services offered by Michael Poole Estate Agents. They gave a realistic valuation and through very good marketing achieved our asking price.
I’ve been particularly impressed with Vicki at the Guisborough branch. Professional throughout she has been patient, supportive and an excellent liaison between us and our buyers. Vicki has also been very thorough in identifying, and mitigating against, weaknesses further down the chain.

Extremely disappointed with Michael Poole service after signing a second contract on 2nd July 2023 for them to sell my property it has taken them until 7th August 2023 to get property detail’s prepared for approval. This after weeks of emailing and calling them to get the property on Rightmove. The details were even incorrect and the sales price was £25k below the agreed contract price.
They now want us to pay £150 for this poor service. They might want to start by first replying to emails and returning telephone calls. I would strongly recommend not using them if you actually want to sell your house. David Poole appears to be permanently on holiday. Or that is the excuse given by the office.

Can’t thank Vicky enough, she has been in constant contact with me, nothing is ever too much trouble for her day or night, she works round the clock, I don’t know how she does it but she works wonders and works non stop.
