Hazel was our main point of contact, she would send regular check in emails or calls keeping us both updated. If we had any questions or queries, Hazel was always happy to help, and if she didn't' know the answer, was happy to find out and would always get straight back to us. From first impressions it was clear that Paul and his team were definitely in the business of selling properties whilst attempting to get the best value for the client.
Middleton's won the business from two other agents for three reasons i) their higher scores in online reviews, ii) competitive fees and iii) obvious enthusiasm for selling.
I'm so glad I chose Middleton's as the agent I expected to chose is still trying to sell two similarly sized properties in the village that were on the market before mine.
The only score below 5 stars as for viewings as I needed to do the first few of these myself. Not a massive issue.

After meeting Paul for the valuation he seemed very enthusiastic and had a great knowledge of salesmanship to try and sell our property. The advert and photographs were very good and overall we were very happy to go with them.
However, after an initial flurry of interest and viewings where I felt Paul was good at making the customer excited about the property we unfortunately had no offers. From this point it became hard to get in contact with them and although we had a few more viewings we were asked to do them ourselves more often than having the agent attend.
Overall, they were slow to pick up the phone and come back to you. Lacked some sales strategy which could have guaranteed a sale of our property which includes flexibility for the customer, sales negotiation and social media tools. I think if we were to sell again we would have to reconsider how our property is marketed in the future and potentially go with an agent that has more flexibility to maximise opportunity.

Middletons Estate Agents were the agents selling the property we purchased. From the first viewing to the date we completed they were extremely helpful.
When we first viewed the property the agent that showed us around was welcoming, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
After our offer was accepted, Hazel and Katherine at Middleton's branch in Melton Mowbray were very helpful and efficient in dealing with all enquiries we had. They also replied to emails promptly and always kept us in the loop throughout our purchase. When we had questions that needed answering they were also very easy to contact via telephone.

Paul was really keen to show my property in its best light, to the extent of voluntarily dropping by on a sunny day to take extra pictures of the outside.
Hazel was amazing at keeping everything moving once an offer had been accepted. I honestly feel that if it hadn’t been for her, the sale would have taken much longer to complete.

From the initial valuation through to the quality and number of images used in the house brochure everything exceeded our expectations. The open house hosted by Paul took the stress away from us and succeed in 3 offers all at or above the asking price. During the sale our initial purchaser drop out, within two phone calls Hazel had secured a second purchaser, and soon after it was signed, sealed and the keys handed over.

I first came across Middletons when purchasing my home. Paul, Hazel and Julie did such a great job at helping the purchase progress that I decided to move my rental properties to be managed my Middletons. The service provided by the lettings team was excellent, they were always quick to respond to mine and any tenant queries/ issues. They called around to obtain multiple quotes for any work that was required to the property and handled tenant leaving and new tenants arriving smoothly and efficiently. I have subsequently used Middletons for property sales and Paul, Julie, Hazel and the rest of the team went above and beyond to complete the sales. Paul has an excellent knowledge of the housing market and his fantastic photography skills really made our property stand out. Julie was really on the ball progressing the sale, always making contact with the solicitors and purchasers, ensuring the sale was continuously progressing, and providing me with updates throughout the whole process. In my experience, no other estate agents have provided a sales progression service like this, and when selling a property can be so stressful, it really makes the difference receiving regular updates and knowing that the sale is moving forwards.

I had no experience of Middleton's before I was offered a house valuation via Rightmove. I had already checked out my favourite online, hybrid and traditional estate agents and wasn't sure which way to go.
Middleton's offered all the benefits of a traditional agent at a price to match the online pay up front ones.
Being very sceptical I asked loads of questions before signing up thinking it sounds too good to be true.

out of my entire chain i feel like Middletons had the most professional and helpful input (i had to talk to a lot of estate solicitors and estate agents) with almost immediate response times and more than often going way above and beyond to get the best and most efficient result.
No matter who I spoke to in the office they were all kind and helpful with any matter that i had and never felt like i was being a burden with any questions that i asked, compared to other businesses where it feels like they are trying to rush to end a phone call this was very refreshing

Worst estate agents to go through once all fees have been paid they don't want to know any of your troubles!!Had people calling me non stop when working trying to gain access to the property when not there, the estate agents have asked me to leave keys with workmen who we don't know when we are at work and said they will drop the keys at work after the work has been done!Some one still has a key to our property that we are paying rent for 2 weeks after moving in and the estate agents excuse is...it's ok you have a back door key which is not helpful when having to carry all shopping down a long alley way to get into the property!!The list goes on but here is a few of our negatives so far 2 weeks after getting the keys!

The service we received from Middletons was second to none! They secured us a sale very quickly but it didn't end there. The sales progression was dealt with in a most professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept informed all the way along. A big thank you to all the staff involved.

My experience in using Middletons recently was that they are extremely professional, with helpful, friendly staff who are always on hand to answer any questions or emails promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their house as they are very fair and one of the best in their field, in my opinion.
