I have never spoken to such a rude man called Charles at this solicitors. Wanted to organise a will through my trade union, it went sent out via post months later, upon numerous emails to ask a few questions, weeks later I have had a call from him. The first time I advised I was on holiday, to which he wasn’t happy. I have then managed to get a hold of him today, to which Charles wasn’t happy when I asked for a new form to be sent out as I didn’t want to “score through with pen” on what will be a legal document, to no surprise he wasn’t happy with this and before I could ask further questions, the phone was slammed down. Would avoid, unless you enjoy rudeness.... Read more

I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property and unfortunately, I have never met a more abrupt and rude receptionist. She has spoken to my girlfriend and I like pieces of dirt and she needs to thoroughly think how she speaks to people as it's not on. On numerous occasions she has cut us off and has demanded we answer questions immediately prior to going in a big strop! I understand the company's reputation is vital, but she's not helping one bit.... Read more

I had sent Will to be completed through my Union. Was advised on 13/04/23 that this will be sent back to me the following week by Donna for signing -Nothing received by post. The company don’t seem to care and don’t seem respond back to emails also. When contacted by phone again don’t phone back. I will not recommend using them!... Read more

Have been guided over a good number of years with 2 family estates that required completion and with my own legal requirements for example Power of Attorney, new Will, change to Title Deeds.
