Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point.
We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

We used Miller Commercial to sell our self catering holiday site. From the initial meeting with Graham (Timmins) right though to the completion of the sale, he displayed his many years of experience in selling commercial property, by supporting us through the process (which for us, was not as straight forward as it could have been) in a both professional and friendly manner. At no point did we feel that we could not contact Graham with any of our concerns, no matter how small and we were always kept informed by Graham at every stage. If you are looking to sell your business, I would recommend you contact Graham and benefit from his excellent service, just as we did.

Graham is extremely experienced at selling going concerns and navigated us through the sale process with great communication and professionalism. Very disappointed with the service I received. As a commercial property I found I was advertised on a residential site not commercial, I paid for the service to be on rightmove & zoopla, I also paid for the photos, I have gave them 15 months & I had 2 people view & now I am expected to pay for a termination fee.....

I asked to review a shop in Redruth they didn’t show up when I call them they didn’t even pick up if they didn’t like your shop idea they are very rude and there’s no way you will be able to rent shop from them

Their property in Bideford highstreet alarm is always going off for days keeping nearby residents awake throughout the night and driving pepper mad during the day and they never solve the issue. Do better!
