The saying goes with property it's Location, Location, Location. I would say its Montgreenan, Montgreenan, Montgreenan. We used Michael to sell our house after a positive recommendation from someone who had successfully sold through Montgreenan and they couldn't have been more complimentary about the process and result. After speaking to the more established Ayrshire agents and having the same conversation with all three of them, which was basically 'we'll stick the sign up and cross our fingers we get a buyer' we decided to arrange a meeting with Michael. From the moment we met him we were amazed with his knowledge of the Scottish property market, attention to detail with the marketing, his far reaching customer base, and level of expertise in matching sellers with serious buyers. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Michael from Montgreenan. The coming some campaign, along with the, drone footage and exemplary use of social media media could not have been better. Unfortunately my first sale fell through right before exchange, which was really stressful, but he had it straight back on the market and got everything back on track. Within just a few hours the property was under offer again, which was such a relief!

I couldn't recommend Michael highly enough - from our initial consultation, we felt Michael offered something a little different and we both warmed to him instantly. He was honest about the market and our expectations and didn't try the "hard sell." And from then on, if Michael said he was going to do something, he did it, keeping us informed every step of the way. On meeting Micheal I was instantly impressed with his friendly, professional and personable approach and was happy to have him sell my past two properties. Well what can I say?
From the first time I saw those video adverts for Montgreenan on social media I took an interest.
We were looking to sell our Bungalow in Ayr. We did the usual thing got a few Agents in and listened to how they would use their resources to sell our property.
Once speaking to Michael he was very knowledgeable of the local market. He understood customer expectation and the reality of going with a good price and being realistic about what we could achieve.
Montgreenan aren't the cheapest but they are value for money. You can call with queries and there was always an honest and reassuring voice to smooth out any concerns.
We had our first viewings booked in and got an offer very quickly. Michael dealt with all the viewings.
Throughout the process we got regular updates with Montgreenan alway being very accountable and on the odd occasion visiting rather than an email or phone call.
We received an amazing service and would highly recommend Michael and Montgreenan to anyone who wants a smooth and transparent sale of their Property.

Finally getting around to writing a review. We used Montgreenan for selling our house in Aug/Sept last year, I was totally stressed out as we had already had an offer accepted on another house. Michael was very professional and the photos videos and marketing he does is second to none. He sorted out the viewings and always kept us up to date with any offers etc. Our house sold in two weeks. Michael still kept in touch with me right up until we moved and even phoned me the day we moved to make sure everything was okay. if you are after someone who is professional and cares then Michael is your man. Michael at Montgreenan is a first-class estate agent. My wife and I recently purchased a property he was marketing. His advert was immediately eye-catching with stunning photos of the property and some fantastic drone shots of the surrounding area. His intro video was a good watch too and very informative.
He helped negotiate a price that both us and the sellers were happy with - it was agreed whilst we were still in the property on 1st viewing!
We ran into a few legal issues running up to completion of the purchase but Michael was honestly a superhero with helping get it through on time. Always available and showing great willingness to help both sides of the transaction, his interventions were absolutely crucial. Michael's professionalism and patience is second-to-none.

Michael was actually the agent for the house I bought, but he went completely out of his way to help me, even when I wasn't his client! I felt compelled to let people know just how above and beyond he went.

Can you love your estate agent? I love mine! Montgreenan property group was the best choice I could have made while buying and selling my property. I’m not generally one for writing reviews, however Montgreenan Property have now carefully completed three transactions on behalf of our wider family unit during challenging times both personally and in the market, far exceeding expectations and anything quoted by competitors. In each case Michael provided an absurdly good service delivered with a refreshing honesty, integrity and style; qualities missing from so many businesses these days. The modern, personalised approach, efficiency and deeply respectful manner with which he cares for all parties involved cannot be underestimated - particularly given the sensitivity and importance of a house move! I particularly appreciated the fact that, in spite of his workload, Michael took care of every aspect of the process personally and was always on hand to offer a calming influence and sound advice underpinned by a wealth of experience. You could say he’s the Ronseal of real estate agents! I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Michael could not have made a very hard time for our family any easier.
