I had a viewing booked and confirmed in writing by email two days in advance. I attended the property at the agreed time, only to find that no agent showed up. When I called to ask where they were, I was told they hadn’t come because I “hadn’t confirmed again on the day” and that they had left me a voicemail that morning.
This is completely unacceptable. A confirmed appointment in writing should be honoured—especially when I had already confirmed both by phone and email. Expecting buyers to reconfirm on the day, and then failing to attend when they don’t, is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for people’s time.
If this is how they treat prospective buyers, I would be very concerned about entrusting them to handle the sale of my property. Their disorganisation and amateur approach risk leaving both buyers and sellers frustrated and poorly served.

I don't normally leave reviews as my level of expectation of 'service' is sadly and rarely met. (I am aged 60+yrs , worked for big corporates and run my own business so understand the importance and quality of service).
From the start to the end of the transaction, Grant at Moovd, was excellent. He explained the process of sale by online Auction clearly and patiently answered all my questions both prior to commencement and throughout the process - and I had a great deal of questions because I like to be precise! Grant was never phased by this, was always polite and professional as well as realistic in conversations and discussing expectations. The associated Solicitors were also polite, helpful and friendly!
Ultimately Grant /Moovd and the Solicitors delivered exactly what was ("on the tin") promised!
I would not hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend you speak with them if you are considering selling your property.

A new company but with a wealth of experience. Grant was fantastic from the get go, from the first minute it felt like a completely personel service which my wife and I appreciated. Honest, fair and no task was too much. Our property had viewings before it even went live, the photos taken of the property were remarkable and once live we had 6 viewings the same day with 3 offers, if it wasn’t for the bank holiday it would of been sold subject to contract in 24 hours. He also provided good advice and help on offering on my new property. Couldn’t recommend more. Already sent a friend his way to sell and will be sending another friend in the coming months who are to sell also. I cannot recommend Grant and Moovd highly enough. My initial enquiry was dealt with really quickly and advice given that was about my needs, with no pressure, rather than a commercial focus. I was actually overseas at the time and Grant took care of everything without any fuss or hassle, keeping me in the loop of what was happening. House sold within days but through no fault of Grant's the house went back on the market. Grant was very reassuring and gave great advice about taking this step and worked hard to get potential buyers viewing again. 5 viewings, 4 offers - having people view your house is great, but Grant seems to match people to houses very well ! Sale agreed in 4 days and again great advice on moving forward and he's still working hard to manage the sale rather than it's sold now so that's the job done. Really cannot thank Grant enough for working so tirelessly for me and never making me feel like I'm a pain with anything I ask. I really feel he's treated my sale as if it was his own property, with so much care and attention to detail. A lovely man, and obviously very good at what he does. Thank you Grant.

After originally having my property up for sale with another estate agents and having very little contact or interest with them, Grant came to the rescue! Within a couple of days of the property being on the market with Moovd interest began rolling in! Despite being in lockdown Grant continued to keep the interest high and our property sold shortly after.
