Their fees were approximately 33% of four other local agents.
Our negative experience with the agents we had been hoping to purchase through made us very aware of Morfitt Shaws professionalism.

Without a doubt a huge 5 Star! I left Leeds to relocate and assigned Guy and Graeme the task of selling my house. Also trusting them with keys to the empty property. I was lucky as after a few weeks I had two offers on the table. They handled the entire process for me - advising me to wait before accepting the first offer. They did not have to do this as they charge a set fee it would have been faster for them to just push the first offer my way. But they did not. They took their time to get me the best possible deal. In the end I sold my house for more than the asking price. They offer a no frills service. No pushy phone calls etc. They just get on with it and do the best they can for all parties. I've used them to sell 3 houses of mine over the last 12 years - the last one 3 weeks ago. I have always received a marvelous service. Despite me being willing to accept a lower offer, they said that they could get me more...and they did! Brillant.
