The reviews for MHL are all good which is why we chose them but our experience wasn’t great. The communication wasn’t the best, we had an offer withdrawn because the buyers weren’t made aware the property was leasehold. The buyers were due to come to see us again on a Sunday, we waited in only to find out that they had withdrawn the offer and told MHL on Saturday but mhl didn’t let us know. Then we had another offer but the buyer wasn’t actually in a position to buy as he didn’t have the funds available straight away for the deposit, but they still tried to push us to accept. In a time when houses in our area are selling very quickly, we didn’t sell ours to a suitable buyer with a couple of months of it being up for sale. Our neighbours put theirs up for sale with another agent and it sold straight away for a similar price. ... Read more
