Exceptional Service and Complete Peace of Mind! I have been using MoveZone Property to manage my property for over 18 months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Their management fees are incredibly low, especially considering the comprehensive, high-quality service they provide. Danielle, Michelle, and Jessica are always highly professional and take the stress completely out of being a landlord. They seamlessly handle all required legislative documentation and compliance, so I never have to worry. Communication is another major strong suit—they maintain excellent, transparent lines of communication with both myself and my tenants. Whenever maintenance issues arise, they are incredibly quick to report the jobs and get them fixed efficiently. On top of that, rent transfers are always handled in a timely manner, and I receive detailed quarterly reports on the condition of the property. I am very satisfied with MoveZone Property and highly recommend them to any property owner looking for a reliable, professional, and cost-effective management team!... Read more

Move Zone have been managing a rental property for me for many years now. They have a small team, which means they all know me and what is currently happening with my property, there is none of the piecemeal management that occurs with larger letting agents. They are responsive and supportive and I would not go to any other company to manage my properties, I would highly recommend, especially if you are tired of the fragmentation of care that occurs with the larger agencies.... I’ve been using Move Zone for almost a year now and genuinely have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Danielle was the first person I spoke to and helped me through the initial setup and getting everything in place. Since then, I’ve mostly dealt with Jessica whenever any issues, maintenance or queries have been raised, and she has always been fantastic. Michelle has also handled the invoices and everything on that side has always been clear and straightforward. As someone who doesn’t own multiple properties and was completely new to being a landlord, one of my biggest concerns was feeling out of my depth. Move Zone have made the whole process incredibly easy and I genuinely feel like my property is in safe hands. That trust has been proven time and time again over the past year. Their communication and follow-up have consistently been above what I expected. Any recommendations they’ve made have been sensible, quotations have been very reasonable, and I’ve never felt like unnecessary work or costs were being pushed on me. Whenever something has come up, it’s been dealt with professionally and with very little stress on my side. The whole experience from the initial setup through to the ongoing management has been excellent. For someone who was a complete novice when it came to renting out a property, having a team I can trust to guide me and look after everything properly has been invaluable. I honestly can’t recommend Move Zone and team enough.... Read more

I'm in the process of selling my house, and on what was supposed to be exchange day, a last-minute legal hurdle stopped us from completing. It put both me and the buyer in a really difficult position as they had nowhere to live, and we needed a solution fast. Renting the property to the buyer while the paperwork gets sorted became the obvious answer, but we needed to make it happen urgently. I contacted Michelle and her team, and they turned things around in about 12 hours. Michelle and Danielle were incredibly responsive and supportive, and made sure everything was done properly. Michelle and Danielle are a trusted independent family run estate agents. I contacted them in utter despair when I found myself urgently needing to find a safe place to live. They gave me a chance when the larger estate agents wouldn't even offer me any viewings even though I could pay 12 months rent up front. They genuinely cared and listened. They found me the perfect property in a location that was easily accessible to my job in London. Michelle and Danielle made a stressful situation more bearable.
