A BREATH OF FRESH AIR IN THE HOUSE MARKET.
Exceptional is the only word I have for Murphy Property Agents. They are an Estate Agents well above the rest. From day one they show they actually care about your property and it is not "just another house to sell'. The way they market the house using drone footage is amazing and really showed my property off to its best potential. The communication was outstanding and the staff and really approachable and friendly.
This family run business actually make you feel part of their family whilst selling your home, they were happy to do all the viewings and gave me contacts for a great solicitor which they kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly.
If you need to sell your home give the large generic companies where you are just a tiny fish in a huge pond a miss and go with this family run business who will actually care as much as you do about selling your lovely homes.

The decision to use Murphy Property Agents to sell my house, was an easy one to make. On the initial visit Jody explained everything clearly and concisely, and I immediately felt at ease and knew that I trusted him to sell my house and get the best price he could.
The timescale from first valuation visit to my house being photographed and listed on the internet was a matter of DAYS!
Jody did every viewing for me, chased viewers for feedback and forwarded that onto me immediately.
My house sold within just TWO weeks (to a lady who first viewed it on the very day it went live on the internet), and I believe that to be down to the care, attention and advice given by the agent.
I would have no hesitation using Murphy Property Agents in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property!

We've just moved into our new home after a long process of enquiries. Murphys represented our new home and from the first meeting/viewing they were friendly, helpful and always on hand. Despite the long sale process that was delayed from our house sale side, I could count on them to clear any uncertainties, and the relationship felt more like old friends with both Jody and Lucy on hand for questions that weren't even their responsibility. Their first hand knowledge of the area also helped clear up some worries to do with the surveys and sticking point enquiries.

Having initially marketed our property for sale with another agent for around 8 months, we noticed Murphy's who were agents for another property in our village which sold pretty quickly and therefore decided to enter into an exclusive arrangement with Jody Murphy.
Being a new start up agent, Jody was keen to secure a buyer and was pro-active with social media awareness in advance of having our details marketing ready. His knowledge of the local market is second to none and communicates throughout the whole sales process from initial engagement through to post-completion.

Jody & Lucy make a good team and I can recommend them to sell your home. Advertising was good and we happily left them to escort viewers round the house. Despite there being something of a lull in sales early last summer, Jody was always cheerful and enthusiastic. He found us a highly committed buyer and intervened to progress the sale when needed. He liaised seamlessly with our Solicitors, Ridley Hall (who were also excellent), to achieve Completion in time for us to move into our new home. Many thanks Jody & Lucy!
