I got in touch and the agent’s attitude wasnt great. They didnt seem very understanding and the way they spoke made me think communication could be tricky if you actually lived in one of their properties. U want an agent who's welcoming and professional but this didnt really come across that way. It made me wondering how they would respond if problems came up later with their property. As far as I can see, theyre not very tenant-focused and has a dismissive attitude which is a red flag for an agency... Read more

Do not use this agency. Will take holding fee and continue to allow viewings - despite advice from their own staff (luckily kept proof) was later told I had been misleading / chose to withhold information - and then try and find ways to retain your holding fee. A clever way of getting numerous holding fees on a single property thus generating profits. Taken case to citizen advice. I advise avoid at all costs. You will loose money. Also take note of the 5 star reviews all being logged at the same time. Trust your gut on this.... Read more

I absolutely loved my stay in the shared house which was almost a year and was the best shared house for me ever. The house was being renovated when I first visited the place when Ms. Eva was magnanimous to include me a viewing despite super short notice. Thank you, Eva. When I moved in, with all my stuff in a tiny truck, I had misplaced my keys and lost a few hours and had to disturb Ms. Inna who again was magnanimous in providing me spare keys and kindly advised me to avoid disturbing neighbours in future and enter late night with all stuff. I had wanted all the space for myself and didn’t want any furniture and they accommodated my request and changed the renovation plan just for my shared room. They got almost a fridge per person, plenty of backyard space a spacious dining hall with a dining table and a computer table etc., if one needs to get work done, office related or personal. The top 3 items that I would highly recommend from myhouseonline is that (a) they got a great team working together under the efficient leadership of Ms. Inna (b) they are renting and selling a multitude of real estate properties in the region and I see their ads everywhere which is heartening to see and you have a wide choice of places to look under their wings and you can be sure you can always move to one of their properties, if you ever wanted to upgrade (c) they are able to accommodate your wishes if and when they can and the painstaking efforts they undertake must be lauded, in my opinion They also do a proper check of the credit and got the online approval process, which ensures that you have a trustworthy ambience with your housemates. Kudos to the team of Ms. Inna, Eva and Agata and I thank Eva for having recommended this property which helped me to have a longer ride to work on my bike which was one of my objectives as regards to improving my fitness. I first heard of My House Online when I was looking for a rented property back in May 2021. Since then, we have been looking to buy a house and we were very happy to know that the house we liked was managed under My House Online too. Since day one, they made us feel calm and always happy to help. We managed to see the house straight away. Ewa knew the area very well, which made us feel well and sure of the decision. She makes you feel really comfortable and are always available when you need. Even when we asked to see the house one second time, they were spot on!! Really good. Our offer was accepted very quickly and we were then presented to Tamara as our Property Manager. Same, always very helpful, and prompt to help and ready to get things sorted very quickly. The sale process took a bit longer than expected but even under stressful circumstances Tamara made us feel calm and to trust them. Once everything was done we got the keys straight away. They even delivered the keys to our rented flat. ????First class service ????stress free ???? ???? To top it up, after a long day at work, we were welcome at our new home with a lovely vase of flowers. ???????? Fantastic ???? As the landlord of a complex HMO in Wisbech who is striving to maintain a clean, regulated environment for decent tenants. I have used 2 major agencies in Cambridgeshire who have struggled to manage tenants, regulate and meet expectations. Then I came across 'My House Online' and had a discussion with Inna. My House Online Estate has been absolutely amazing. Inna genuinely has my property as her interest. The condition of the house has been great, all regulations are kept updated and tenants are happy and are paying on time. Inna has also introduced a dedicated agent: Tamara. She has been proactively and tirelessly resolving tenant issues, carrying out regulations from local council, diligently carries out fire risk tasks whilst having an excellent attitude and communication with tenants and landlord. She works with me and often advises on best options to take. Tamara seems to advertise and carry out viewings efficiently as new tenants are found quick.
