Lisa and Joe sold our home for us last year. The advice and support they gave us before, during and after the sale was flawless. As is often the case with moving, it was a very stressful time. And Lisa's clam, professional patient approach got us into our dream home. If I could rate Nash Watson 0 stars I would. I’ve never dealt with worst letting agents in 10 years of being a trusted tenant. Apparently, acting in the interest of both the landlord and the ‘tenant’ they continually tried to charge me for charges that we’re not acceptable as part of my tenancy agreement. All of which was later proved by the DPS who luckily stepped in to give me my rightful money back. They caused me endless months of stress and withheld key information about the tenancy throughout. I was so impressed by their professionalism and efficiency, as well as the quality of their website and photography, that I asked them to act as the agents when I subsequently let the flat. Lucy Lloyd has been my main contact at Nash Watson dealing with the letting and management of the flat, and has been exceptionally professional, responsive and friendly throughout. She assisted me when purchasing a flat for letting, with advice on my purchasing a suitable property. Subsequently she handled the tenancy itself and continues to do so. She has dealt with all aspects, dealing with minor repairs, finding and managing tenants, drawing up letting contracts, efficiently preparing monthly accounts. Having lived, and rented, in Brighton & Hove for 6 years, I can honestly say that you won’t find a more caring and reliable sales and lettings agency than Nash Watson. Whether you’re buying or looking for somewhere to rent, you know you’re in safe hands because they have a great understanding of what makes a home a home – and how to match the right property to the right person. They also have a great sense of aesthetic and style too, being diligently selective about the properties they represent – so you know they won’t try and flog you a sinking ship (speaking from experience….). Lucy is warm, approachable and really takes time to get to know you and your needs. I know that she is always there for me if I need her, whatever the weather.
