Dema was, from start to finish, nothing less than superb! I had my doubts about going with a 'boutique' agency vs the big high street ones but this was the best decision I ever made. Having spent many years renovating our home, and finishing it to a very high standard, we felt we needed an estate agent that would appreciate this work.
Raphael stood out from the usual agents, as he really took the time to talk to us about the ‘journey’ of bringing our home to life, rather than just giving us a valuation.
He made us feel confident that he had buyers that would appreciate our efforts and, sure enough, within the first week after the viewings we had 5 offers on the table.
Raphael made himself available, often outside normal office hours, keeping us constantly informed, ensuring the sale process less stressful than our previous experiences.
I would definitely recommend The Private Realtor and Raphael, especially if you have something very special to sell.

I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers.

After many months dealing with high street agents who made lots of promises and failed to deliver on any of them, I was a bit skeptical that a new agent could deliver a sale. But everything Dema said did come true! After appointing her in August we had an offer at the top of the range in September and completed in October. Having someone who knows the area and actually sells the property was a game changer. Seamless from start to finish and will definitely use again in the future.

Truly fantastic - I really don't think we would have sold our house without him. We tried a high street estate agent first but it was obvious they weren't telling prospective buyers anything about the house during viewings. Raphael took the time to understand all the best bits about the house and secured us multiple offers within a few weeks. He also helped us right through the sale process, managing delays and issues expertly. He was a bit more expensive than a high street agent, and we did wonder whether it would be worth it but all I can say if you have that thought is absolutely 100% worth it (and more). I'd never use anyone else and will recommend him to all my friends.

Raphael from The Private Realtor has been very easy to deal with from the outset.
We saw two properties with Raphael and will soon complete on the second with both properties, Raphael was very knowledgeable - he had answers to all of our questions on the spot! Though we haven’t sold through Raphael, we would certainly consider using him in the future (we hope it to be a long time from now!). From the buyer’s side, it certainly appears that Raphael has a very good relationship with the sellers and knows the properties he is selling so much better than almost any other agent we have come across.
Raphael has also smoothed the purchase process, helping to resolve any queries more quickly than going via the solicitors.

I had just about given up with selling my home having had it ok the market with other agents for over 6 months. I hired Dema towards the end of the year towards the most cold months when most other agents seemed resigned to the end of year slump and lack of optimism to sell at this time.
Dema’s positivity and confidence in her ability to ‘ get your house sold in three weeks’ was refreshing. She so just that’s she swooped in last minute and sold my house within three weeks. She was communicative and understanding om my insistence if not going below a certain number . The works of real estate needs more young entrepreneurial agents like this with a get up a go attitude. If you are lucky enough to have found Dema then give her the opportunity to sell your house for you????

I came across Dema through the purchase of a flat and was amazed by her professionalism and motivation in her job. Even my wife said I haven’t seen such a good agent till now. There was always follow up calls and any questions were dealt with immediately.

I can honestly say that Raphael is the nicest estate agent I have ever dealt with. In the past when we've bought houses, there was always a moment in the process that was extremely stressful but with Raphael there was none of it. Can't recommend Raphael highly enough. We had our house on the market with a well-regarded local agent, but couldn't get it sold. We were told the branch manager would deal personally with our sale - after which we saw no one but a succession of junior agents. Communication was poor and we received no guidance on the best way to deal with the few offers they did manage to generate - and they all fell through. We switched to Raphael after three months and the difference was immediate - he oversaw all the photography and marketing and handled every viewing himself. He was always available to answer questions and provided honest advice at every step of the way. We were under offer about a month after signing up with Raphael - and that was during August, traditionally a very quiet time of the year. Raphael has been on hand at every stage from offer to exchange of contracts, making sure that communication between us and our buyers was clear and constructive. A brilliant and innovative service, and the way all estate agents should be!

I had a very positive experience dealing with The Private Realtor and with Raphael in particular. Rented out my flat during 2 weeks time for 2 years term at the price I asked initially. Very professional and efficient team: I contacted them, in few days signed agency contract, in few days they made a video tour/clip, within next 2 weeks after several viewings the right tenant was found. Wow! My house had been on the market for two months with a reputable high street agent. I’d had two sales fall through. It felt as though the due diligence hadn’t been done each time. I called Raphael and immediately I could see a completely different approach. Raphael handled everything in person. This was a complete change to having to show different junior agents around my home usually 2 minutes before a viewing!! Raphael was here for the photographs, every viewing and took time to understand what I needed. Within one week we had had a number of viewings and offers above asking price and a sale. The people buying my house are serious and committed. Raphael continues to work hard to see everything to completion. Again very different to usual agents. I’m certain this is because Raphael worked hard to ensure each viewer was committed to buying. I can’t imagine ever using any other agent to sell a property and would highly recommend!
