29th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)one of agent named called yasmin howe is very rude and arrogant. also they hold my holding deposit and has not been returned yet. and still waiting please go for other agent and dont risk your money other agent ask holding deposit after ur offer accepted but this one ask holding deposit **before ** offer accepted and they hold all possible tenant money and dont return them until u ask them ragely save ur time .and go for better agent .

28th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

30th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Property agent communicated until the rental agreement was signed. No response to any queries or maintainence after which was irresponsible and negligent. Even trying to end tenancy after was a nightmare with sly and underhanded approches to extend the lease solely for their profit. A real warning to both landlords and tenants to choose more ethical letting agencies to amange your housing needs.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
