FAB estate agents and would not hesitate to use Next Home again for any future moves - I have had a few dealings with Next Home for both selling propoerty and as a landlord, all experiences have been fantastic which really helps a daunting house move or tenant search. A bunch of fraudsters and used-car salesman. Our inventory (which we paid for) was never received and later fraudulently used against us. Their company keeps from bankruptcy entirely thanks to the exploitation of students and low-income earners. I implore any reader to avoid this company, even if it means avoiding an otherwise perfect property. They will find a way to fleece you and you will end up regretting it.... Read more

It is the most horrible experience for rent!! Their slogan is: "More trash for tenants, more pounds for agents". Was not done inventory check before tenancy and guess, who was charged after end of tenancy? it's obviously...and now they claim the full amount of the deposit which was protected by DPS only after an email request which they usually ignored (mail) if there is no monetary interest. And this is one of many articles Be very attentive and have evidence for EVERY word "nexthomers" which means nothing... I hope to see in Court... Read more

Please avoid this estate agents at all cost they are quite happy to take your money and mess you around with a moving date. Basically the property we thought we was gona rent was let out to someone else and me and parther was basically lied to about works being done we had loads of messing around trying to get all our references together and statements. Complete waste of time staff are liars and useless not one phone call or update on things we found out the property had been let as we turned up on the doorstep and spoke to the tenants... Read more

ANY GOOD REVIEW YOU SEE ABOUT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN WRITTEN BY A MEMBER OF STAFF! Next home are the worst agent I've ever dealt with. Avoid this company like the plague! All these guys care about is making money and ripping off tenants and landlords. Charging extortionate admin fees for every little thing. I'm surprised their still in business. Staff are rude and unqualified to the their jobs. We've had a problem that we have been trying to resolve for nearly 10 months. You call and leave messages, NO ONE cares to call back! Like I said AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I will be contacting The property ombudsman. Hopefully they'll be shut down and learn a good lesson is customer service and retention.... Read more

We have just tried to view a property with Next Home Ltd. I called earlier in the day to confirm the viewing as I had not received a confirmation. I was assured the viewing was going ahead as scheduled. We waited outside the property for 20 minutes, no one showed up. We tried to call the office- it was closed. not great- maintenance team are far from great. Attitude is far from friendly or helpful. I paid part of the rent in advance and was told i would be charged if this continues!!!!! Never heard anything like this before in my life. 1st tie experience with a letting agency and they are not one I would recommend. Its a same as the estate agent would showed me the property was lovely. Think he should leave them and use his skills in a better company. They seem like once they get the property off the market that;s all that matter. No real concern for there tenants.... Read more
