We were recommended Next Nest by our daughter who purchased a house they were advertising. We needed to sell our parent's house as they moved into a care home and found the team to be extremely helpful and professional. We haven't dealt with estate agents in nearly 30 years so we didn't have a clue what we were doing but they were really helpful, explaining everything to us. They even had contacts to hand to help with removal of unwanted items in the house. The house was sold in around a week and from start to finish the contracts were exchanged in around 8 weeks. In the future we will be looking to move into a bungalow and will definitely be using Next Nest to sell our house.
