Nicholas Estates recently sold our house for us. It was a long process, not without its problems, but we were kept informed of the situation at all times.
A great help for us was the maintenance support from Jamie Redbond as we had already moved out and needed a local eye on the property to ensure everything was in order.
Nicholas Estates work well as a team - from beginning to end. From Matt and Carl in preparing the house for showing. to Zoe in following up and as noted Jamie in keeping an eye on the property. We also had great drone video showing off the property.
So, a big thank you to everyone at Nicholas Estates for a job well done.

Highly recommend Nicholas Estates! They provided the most professional service and best advice we needed when it came to selling our home. After losing our first buyer quite far down the line of the process due to personal circumstances, Nicholas Estates managed to find a new buyer in a proceedable position within a week of searching. They're very proactive and will conduct viewings themselves, which we found a lot of other estate agents these days would rather ask the vendor!! Big thanks to the manager Matt and his sales team for giving the best property marketing solution we found to be in Felixstowe! Their service doesn't end there as I want to give recognition and a huge thanks to Zoe the sales progressor. Zoe would always go above and beyond when chasing the solicitors. She made the transition a lot swifter and a lot LESS stressful for us.

But I’m so glad I did because I honestly cannot fault the service they provided. The whole team are professional, knowledgeable, polite, and extremely reliable. As per normal, there were numerous issues with the solicitor’s communications, but the team kept on top of it, were tenacious in chasing down problems and keeping me informed. I recently purchased my first home through Nicholas Estates in Felixstowe. As a first time buyer, I didn't really know what to expect, but they were great! Buying a property in an area not local to you brings it's own set of difficulties. Carl at Nicholas Estates was very friendly and helpful and always happy to give us information about the local area. He went out of his way to help us in our search by phoning us when potential properties came on to the market and checking how our search was going in-between viewings. We also met Melissa and it was like viewing a property with a good friend. She was helpful, constructive and had lots of ideas. We'd like to give a big thank you to them both and highly recommend this friendly Estate Agents.

After losing my husband suddenly in such tragic circumstances and not local to the area I randomly selected an estate agents to market my property. Unfortunately their photography and marketing approach was not acceptable and more importantly did not specialise in Probate. However, by chance my sister saw a sign advertising Nicholas Estates and we never looked back. Immediately Matt the sales manager was honest and discussed various options to market the property. The pictures and synopsis was superb and finally used a sales board
for that final push. Carl kept in regular contact of potential buyers and market fluctuation and we sold to a couple in the same street. It did not stop there with the customer service, Zoe who works in post sales has kept me up to speed with exchange and completion and even liaising with solicitor's to ensure that the process runs smoothly. Couldn't be happier just wish we had a Nicholas in Surrey. Thank you team!

When selling my house I decided to switch agents as was completely disillusioned with the one I was with. Picking Nicholas Estates was the best decision I could have made.
Matt came to value the house and was the epitome of professionalism and suggested I paid a bit extra for a video to be made.
Marvin came to do that and take the photos and put in so much work, the end results were fabulous and I credit that with the house selling within a week of going on the market.
Carl did the viewings for me, again very professional.
Special mentions to Anton in the office for always getting back to me when he said he would and Zoe (Sales Progression) for getting me through the last couple of weeks when the chain had a bit of a wobble and I did too!
Having been with the other agency for 6 months and getting nowhere with the sale, Nicholas Estates were a breath of fresh air.
I cannot recommend them enough.

We sold our house through Nicholas Estates. Carl amd Jade were both very efficient and friendly in carrying out viewings for us, something which we found invaluable as we would have found it very difficult to do these ourselves with a small child and a newborn baby. Carl was also particularly good at keeping us up to date with weekly phone calls to let us know how many people had viewed the listing on Rightmove etc.
Once we accepted an offer the team were great at keeping us informed and progressing the matter, especially Zoe who had the right balance of keeping everyone on track without being too pushy. Their fees were also very reasonable as they were prepared to match their competitors and they covered the cost of the EPC certificate for us.
Would highly recommend Nicholas Estates to anyone selling their property. You will be in good hands.

I brought my house through Nicholas Estate Agents last year and was really impressed right from the start of the process.
Both Phil and Zoe were totally professional , helpful and extremely knowleable.
It was daunting buying a house moving up from London, but I can honestly say that I was kept informed of the sale throughout, everything went through extremely quickly thanks to the diligence of the team.
They were honest, reassuring and felt completely confident in them , and despite some really tough negotiations I was reassured all the way that the purchse would go through.
The Agents dealt quickly and efficiently with all the solicitors involved and went far and beyond their call of duty.
I would no hesitation using Nicholas Estate Agents again and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone embarking in a sale, purcase or rental.

My Sister last Saturday travelled 3 hours to view a property in Garrison Lane ,Felixstowe via a member of staff called Callum. I went with her as I'm local .We waited 30 minutes ,he never showed up !! Abissmal service, still no contact even after a visit to their Open Office in Felixstowe ,last Monday .Avoid at all costs, if your a Landlord, please use a Processional service ,this Company is not one of those .
