Wainwrights let out our property for around three years, they sorted out everything from start to finish and we felt we could trust them through out the entire time.
Sonya looked after our account and provided a superb and friendly service, taking care of every aspect of property rental for us.
We had several things that required fixing during the rental period and Wainwrights dealt with these causing us no problems what so ever, this really is the type of company that knows the property business and we couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Wainwrights are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I chose them because they are a local estate agents and don't have a big organisation behind them that might be pushing sales targets. Their property pricing was around what I had expected and there was a good level of interest in the property being sold.

A special thank you to Sonya and Rachael for overseeing a long term letting for our son. His period notice when he vacated the rental property was handled immaculately, supportively and they ensured his transition to leaving his property was worry free and they oversaw every detail to ensure it was a smooth transition for his new start.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Ash immediately got our boho punk decor and sold it within a week. After that the support we got from Jen and Ebony was above and beyond, nothing was to much trouble, even the daily calls!
They dealt with our stress with empathy and humour, were incredibly efficient and became part of our journey, actually moving in aside, possibly the best part.

Unprofessional , and unacceptable in lots of jobs, to turn up ten minutes late with no apology or explanation as their chief valuer did for his appointment with me this morning to value my house, especially as I had explained before hand that I would be in a hurry and could he be on time. They might be great at selling houses etc but when this is the first example of their service to experience , I and I expect from reading the other reviews here others , will just go elsewhere.

Absolutely despicable service. The agent didn't turn up because the office booked house viewing for the wrong property. After I tried calling them I was yelled at for demanding they fix it. Women on the phone was rude, incompetent, shouty and kept interrupting me. After which she refused to help me. Asked colleagues, friends and family who all advised to stay clear of this agency.
