Family run organisation so there is a personal touch. I have been a client with them for over 20 years and recommend them unreservedly.

No personal experience of them I have to pickup someone from the Egginton street and I have to pick that person from front of this place when ever I have experience of them I will edit my review and rating

Moved in to a dirty flat, pipe burst and they didn't fix it for about 6 months. Mould everywhere and mushrooms were growing in the corridor. Incompetent and shouldn't be permitted to manage properties. We informed them and they did not do anything. Send around an incompetent "handy man" who did not know what he was doing. Taking advantage of students.

Very slow at responding to problems, they take advantage of students and provide sub standard accommodation. Poor management and communication between staff is terrible.
