Have been using Ace properties for years. The newer generation now run front of house. Zahra is brilliant. She is very proactive whenever I have needed anything for compliance she is on it. Apart from a one off as sometimes mistakes happen Ace have been great. A special mention to Haadia, Abdullah, Fayaz and Habib who also are very happy to help when needed.

Amazing service and received responses to emails within 24 hours. The agent that handled our application, Haadia, was an absolute star. Supported us with anything and everything we requested. Estate agent, Faheem, made sure anything that we had concerns about was raised properly and sorted for us too. Honestly top tier agency would recommend to anyone. A lovely great team.

Very disappointed with this agency. Once the rent is paid, they completely stop responding. No support, no proper communication, and zero responsibility. If there are any issues with the property, they don’t take action or even bother replying. They only care about collecting the rent—nothing else. Would not recommend if you're looking for reliable service or support.

Worst agent behavior. Don't even pick up the call. Even if they pick up they just act like they can't listen and end up the call. Not a good property agency. They don't even have a thought of answering customer queries.

Unfortunately, this lettings agency could well be the worst in Leicester.
As a tenant, I'd run away from them.
The staff is rude, not properly trained and most of the properties are poorly maintained and owned by the South Asian landlords who only care about money.
There's no notion of service or respect.

ACE property is a Outstanding Property agency.
The team is incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market. My experience with Ace properties was really good the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They gave me small updates about the house every day . The application process was fast and took less than a week for me . I really liked the service if there were any problems I would let them know and they would send someone to help the next day . I am very impressed with the overall service.

Have Talked with agent guy which speak and sounds lazy voice, said easily that my form application doesnt approve. When i want to be connected with management team who handle approval, he left me with phone on hold song like forever! Nice to know that here in Leicester exist property agencies that are so poor to hire smart peoples and doesnt know how to handle the customers, like they dont need customers. Gonna report this issue!

They only care about themselves and their money, sometimes you have to wait a month for an e-mail reply, although they are sent to 3 people working in the agency, problem solving is not on their side, they always say "if something does not suit you, you can move out". Requests to fasten the gas pipes outdoors last 2 years, nothing has been done. Such pseudo-companies should be shut down immediately, with no right to restart.

Very unproffesional service. The staff only care about their own pocket and favourtise. They have no procedure and communication is very poor. Few people have had the same problem. Quality and value is very poor. Would defo not recommend.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star! Very unreliable and unprofessional. They told me a property would be ready 4 months before my move date. Every few week I chased them up. Promised call backs were never actioned. I even went to their office and the young girl told me somebody would get back to me which i assume that was the one of the teo male older staff. I spoke with the landlady who said to speak to ace properties to sort out the tennancy as she paid them to sort this out on her behalf. When speaking to ace they told me it is the landlords who is sorting it out so there was discrepencies in information I had recieved. I filled out an application. They told me they would view all applications so it was not on a first come first serve basis (most letting agrnts will base it on furst come first served). I was willing to pay money upfront too. A few days before I was due to move out they told me it would be sorted. I had to move out my current property and live with a family memeber temporarily as they hadnt sorted my tennancy out. They still they did not get back to me. It's only when i went back to the offices demanding answers that they told me that the property was let to someone else. I did feel judge by them because i did not have the same cultural background/religious background as them, that it was used against me. My references would have all passed and i was willing to pay the money for the full tenancy upfront, so there wasnt any problems in terms of suitability or payment. Don't use ace...especially if you have a family as you could end up homeless relying on them.
