I have just recently accepted an offer on a house with North Wall Property and this is now proceeding, on the market and sold within a week - which is fantastic.
I was apprehensive at 1st contacting estate agents as I had never done this process before but as soon as I met with Karlee to discuss my needs, it was clear to me that North Wall were very customer focused and Karlee was considerate of my needs as it has been a sentimental journey for me due to selling my late Mum & Dads house.
Karlee revisited me to answer questions I had and talked me through the process and communicated very well with me.
I felt comfortable with Karlee as she took time to hear my story with the property and showed an interest without being intrusive.
It has been a much easier process by having block viewings done and I was lucky enough to have 9 offers from a weekends viewings, this has saved a lot of time and energy for all.
Communication from the office has also been excellent along the way, particularly from Holly who has helped me with the offers and has been on hand to answer my questions.
Laura also was very informative when I needed to know more about what to consider with the offers coming in.
(A shout out to Mark the photographer also as he was very sensitive to my story and took time to chat and answer questions also - thanks Mark).
As the house sale proceeds, I will do another review of the overall outcome - to inform others - as North Wall Property reviews were a useful tool for me when choosing what estate agent to meet with and use.

My property had been on the market with another agent for 3 months with little interest. I moved to North Wall who secured 2 offers within 4 weeks. Although a little more expensive than some other agents in the area I felt this a small price to pay for the bespoke service provided. I primarily dealt with Laura who kept me regularly updated… she is excellent. I am writing this from my new home. From offer to completion took 15 weeks ( which would have been sooner if not for Christmas period). An all round positive experience from North Wall. Highly recommended

My experience selling my house with Northwall was poor and not worth the £3,500 fee.<br><br>My sale started in the office, then without warning it was moved to a remote sales progression colleague. Around six weeks later, I was told her workload was too high and the sale was moved back into the office again. The constant back-and-forth caused confusion and, in my view, unnecessary delays due to a lack of proper handover.<br><br>I raised this as part of a formal complaint. During the process, a manager agreed that my sale should not have been moved from in-office to remote and then back into the office again, and acknowledged that this was not how their sales process should have been handled. Despite this clear admission, I was offered no resolution after completing all three stages of their complaints procedure.<br><br>I also requested a new Memorandum of Sale and a copy of my contract as the originals had expired on the app and were inaccessible. I was told they would be sent immediately, but I never received them. I was also asked whether I still had the house keys, despite having already provided a set for viewings, as no keys were recorded on my file which was concerning as these should be accounted for and secure at all times.<br><br>Overall, the service felt disorganised and poorly managed from start to finish and therefore I would not recommend Northwall when selling your home as my sale was stressful and unprofessional.

I had an amazing experience from the start when i arranged a viewing with northwall to the day i got my keys to move in to my new home, The whole process took around two weeks and the staff worked so hard and helped me achieve all this through the christmas period.
Northwall were very professional and easy to deal with if i had any requests the staff were more than happy to deal with it straight away, i was assisted to move in to my new property by Leah who was amazing she accomodated for me being a working man and allowed me to view the property through a third party which i was really grateful for.
The property is immaculate and once i had my viewing Leah helped me to get moved in by the following week she made sure to deal with any documentation in a timely manner and has followed up since i moved in to ensure everything is as it needs to be.
I am really happy i decided to find a property through northwall and would reccomend the company to anyone looking for their forever home. From start to finish, North Wall kept us in the loop with any updates. Viewings were organised by themselves and had 'block bookings' 15 minutes apart. We were not required to be there as they oversaw all viewings. They kept in touch with us, our solicitor, the buyer and the buyers solicitor. They chased our solicitor when required and informed us of their response. All in all, I would recommend using North Wall when selling a property.

Just received a letter via Royal Mail, telling us our property has been reduced to £225,000. “That’s a ten drop”. (Whatever that means)
Signed by Kate Gostelow, she goes on to say “I like to keep on top of things in Crosby, and remembers when my property first came to market with Ian Anthony Estates for £250,000” Again a lie.
My property has not been on the market for some years and I live in Ormskirk!

Firstly, I need to apologise that this took me so long to get done!! We moved house at the beginning of November and things have been pretty full on since then!
Anyways, I have to say that during the ENTIRE process, Kate, Jess, Sally, and the rest of the team at North Wall were absolutely amazing!!! From the inital stages of getting our house on the market to the final move day!!
Everything from their social media, communication, and all of the positive attitudes from all the staff in the office made the whole process so much more of a positive experience than I expected!
Anyone who has bought and sold knows how stressful it can be and everyone at North Wall knows this and they acknowledge this throughout the whole process: getting excited with you, and keeping you sane when things are challenging!
I couldn't recommend them highly enough and if i was to move again (I certainly won't be...hahaha!) then I would 100% use Kate and the team again.

Honestly, the customer service received from North Wall was exemplary...and I wasn't even a customer of theirs! I was in the middle of a particularly tricky chain (with a purchasing agent who was unresponsive and seemingly unwilling to support), and Kate was an absolute superhero! She stepped in, and gave me realistic expectations from further up the chain, with real practical advice which enabled me to advance my position and speed things up when necessary.
Kate went above and beyond the call of duty, and was always at the end the phone to ease the panic with some words of encouragement.
Her proactive and transparent nature provided much needed reassurance at what was possibly the most stressful time of my life.

Really sad to say that dealing with North Wall was probably the cause of the majority of my stress when purchasing a property. There was never a two way conversation, I felt consistently talked at rather than talked to. I dreaded seeing an email or their phone number pop up & one point I was actually told I was being fraudulent which was incorrect, and just offensive.
Emailed North Wall following the comment below & they just haven’t reached back out. I don’t know if I’m surprised or not that you’ve just ignored the awful experience you inflicted on me.

Our experience with north wall
was nothing short of amazing. The whole team are friendly and professional, and kept us up to date with our sale every step of the way.
Kate literally bent over backwards for us, to ensure everything was in order for us to reserve our new home. With our developers wanting every document under the sun to prove our property was under offer, this was all done to their requests, with no hesitation or question. Wouldn't ever use, or recommend anyone other than north wall.

Kate and her team where amazing whilst selling our property. It was a particular difficult sale due to the incompetence of our solicitor. I believe we could have lost our buyer if it wasn't for Kate and her communication skills, she took so much stress away from us.
Kate also isn't a 9 till 5 agent she was working evenings, still taking calls whilst out for the day. Kate worked above and beyond for us.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! While selling your home can be one of the most stressful things you do, especially as first time sellers, this wasn't the case with Kate and the team. Somehow managing to be extremely professional, but also really friendly and supportive too. Kate was responsive to all communication and went above and beyond to get our house sold in record time in 2021. I can't recommend Northwall enough, and if we ever decide to sell again I wouldn't want to go through the process with anyone else.
