From the outset, they impressed me with their professionalism and attention to detail. The marketing began with a professional photographer and videographer, including bespoke drone footage that really showcased the property beautifully. Both Mathew Bingham and Dave Vann were exceptional throughout what has been a particularly testing time for the housing market in Taunton. Their patience, guidance, and attitude toward their profession are exemplary – nothing was ever too much trouble. Every viewing was personally conducted and followed up with the perfect balance of courtesy and persistence, ensuring no opportunity was missed. I chose Northwood because of their strong presence and experience across both Bristol and Taunton, and I wasn’t disappointed. I sold my house in Taunton, Somerset with Northwood Estate Agents. They were exceptional in trying to find a buyer in difficult circumstances when there were many other properties in the same area for sale. Although we did drop the price from the original quote, the market dictated this decision, I was happy that we found a suitable buyer. David Vann was professional and friendly as the Local Director.
